the base of tottenham's team was brought in 2013 and 2014 off of bale money and is over 200mill. Erisken, ali, sissoko, son, vertogon, alderwield etc. tbf. and those players are and have always been better than all of arsenal's

@Leman Russ no that happens in the UCL. If a team finishes outside the top 4 and wins the UCL they replace the team that finished 4th in the league in the UCL. it happened to Tottenham in 2012. They finished 4th and Chelsea had been focusing on the UCL and finished 6th,once Chelsea won the final spurs lost their UCL spot for the next season and Chelsea replaced them. Hope this helps 😅

@Leman Russ Nope. Chelsea are in no matter what cuz the EPL can have up to 5 teams. We qualified via the league first so EL doesnt matter. The EL route is a back door unlike the league route.
