I feel we are missing a few things here, we're not looking at the secondary impacts of these transfers. If we get Sesko for example, this impacts the medium - long term future of Havertz as I think we would be moving into an AM position imo. If we give him time like we did with him playing as a forward and he will be able to be an excellent AM. This means signing Sesko not only strengthens our attack, it gives us another midfielder. I think the same thing can be said about signing a new LB, I get the feeling Timber will eventually transition into our RB, with White becoming a DM or at least have the ability to alternate in this position. I think the future of the squad should be geared towards having this kind of utiliy because this allows much more flexibility while keeping the same players on the field and keeping the team fluid.

My "realistic" dream window would look something like this: Outgoing; - Nelson 10-15M - Lokonga 10M - Tavares 5-10M - Partey 25M - Nketiah 20M - Maybe Ramsdale and/or Zinchenko if we get a good offer. (30M+) I think those prices are somewhat realistic, maybe you could even get some more money for some of those players Signings: - Sesko 50M - De Jong 80-100M - Diomande 50M - Onana 50M - If Zini or Ramsdale would get sold you would also need a replacement. No idea about the gk, for lb id probably want Hato from Ajax. I would move Jesus to the wings, so he would be a rotation option for both wings and up front if it was needed. Imo lcm should be our priority, therefore i would make our marquee signing in that position. I would absolutely love leao but for some reason i dont think he will be available this summer (only for crazy money). Osimhen would be a fantastic player but i dont think we need to spend 100M on a striker if we already have havertz.

Wow really great video. You amazingly pinpointed the exact talents who fit the best of the best criteria. To be honest i think this summer the first and foremost priority should be the 8. And we have to go all out on that one. De jong or neves. The others are good but again we need the truly best bcs the clubs we are competing with do things that way. I don’t think we need a striker this season but if they really want it then yeah osimhen is the way to go. Otherwise, yes leao is exactly what we are missing looking at everthing he is THE player who takes us up two levels. The others i think would be a mistake of we cant get leao then i would much rather work with the players that we have now bcs there is so much more potential in them we just have to use them better. Without splashing huge money on a forward we can actually afford de jong or neves, diomande, hato(or another lb) and a cheaper winger cover on either side. Then next season we can go all out for leao(im praying nobody signs him until then)

I agree with you, Ramsdale should not leave. Boost defence with Diomande. Fofana in midfield and Sesko as a striker. Time also to bargain for Gyokeres now that he's had knee surgery.

I think the progressive carries & passes from De Jong is the biggest change. He's almost like Partey and Jorginho in one on the ball and that, that's a huge asset. Plus he already has the concepts of position play built in. He's not ret-learning and that could be a wild level up signing.

Interesting analysis however you could have simplified it better in a summary of all the possible players you would prefer in the squad. This is potentially your most complicated video if am to be overly critical haha. Your simplicity and cutting edge analytical style is what got me so hooked up on your channel. My slightly controversial take: All that time spent talking about a forward (albeit a profile Arsenal is lacking is needed), but I think the midfield should be the priority. The team struggled from Havertz in midfield for so long that it ended up affecting Martinelli's impact going forward and eventually a loss of form for him before his injury because the whole left side was dead if Rice wasn't playing LCM. Secondly, a William Saliba understudy. Saliba playing every minute of every game in the just ended season is a testament to his fitness and professionalism but also shows poor squad building because we saw how the season fell apart a year ago when he got injured and expecting him to be fit all season next season is testing your luck. Thirdly, streamline the squad to the 23 players Arteta really trusts and can play 25 games in all competitions in the event of long term injuries. Sell anyone else who's not in Arteta's long term plans. Transfer Window acquisitions in order of the way I see squad priorities: 1. World class CM 2. CB (Saliba understudy) 3. Declan Rice understudy (Jorginho can be third choice in that position) 4. A forward, preferably a winger who excels on both wings.

I want three type of signings this summer 1. Kimmich or Onana 2. Isak, Gyökeres or Oshimen 3. Xavi simons, Rafael Leao or Nico Williams Preferably with the first ones mentioned.

Priority has to be Isak (130+) Kimmich (50) and neto (35-45) or if we had to go a level lower then Gyokeres (90-100) Zubimendi (50) Olise (50-60). But signings to stay away from for me would be sesko osimhen leao (we have enough talent on the left) but if we are serious we'll sign one of first free I mentioned as they would breed confidence in the fans going into matchdays.

Really like TDKs stuff but I think a lot of these just feel implausible. No way Bayern are letting Musiala go anywhere, Leao I think just signed a new contract and clearly loves Milan. De Jong probably way too expensive. I think the most interesting situation is what happens at Madrid, wouldn’t be surprised if a couple of quality players are made available like with Ozil. They’ve absolutely pushed the boat out financially for Mbappe and will need to balance the books, plus with Endrick coming in they have got an absurd amount of talent. Might get interesting.

I see a lot of ppl talking about Leao, but I think Xavi Simons is an amazing option. He can play both wings is direct and can play attacking midfield. You'd be covering so many positions with this player and his talents. Add Sesko to that and we'll have great strength and depth in attack.

Alex, I wont stop until you mention FERLAND MENDY, around £40m for the best defensive LB itw, The fastest LB itw (other than Davies) and Easily the most skilful. We have to get him

It's needed a lot of study beyond just market speculation and wishes of what we could get for the squad, BUT... starting from the point that we need a X-Factor in attack(probably a Striker), something that sure can get even better is the concept of dominance and control in this team. There is also a need to understand who we bring to the defence not thinking only in a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3, but looking into how or transitions work, from a 3-2-5, 2-3-5 (viewing Saliba as a Central and not just a RCB is spot on). Let's start by the defence. From the perspective of DEFENCE, it's top tier. 7 names where only Kiwior (sellable) and Zini (market oportunity) could be negotiated. For me, 23-24 shows that not working with 8 defenders may put you on a delicated situation if there are injuries. Limitations can come with oportunities, but also with risks. I'd rather secure one more defender then not. The 3 names that work from LB to CB would be Hartman (LB), Hato (LCB) and Diomande (CB). The MIDFIELD is part of the secret for unleashing the X-Factor. The Left#8 position in Arsenal seems to be more about versatility and what fits better. I know that most people would love a Casemiro - Kroos - Modric esque mid, but now it's more about finding the right composition upfront through the decision that are made over Rice (as a #6 or #8), how to enable Martinelli, be more capable, fluid & aggressive on the left side, but still composed defensively. IMO, Douglas Luiz (talisman kind of player) > Bruno Guimarães; when I think about structure and tactics, Onana (he also has an aura); and many others #6 or #8 that would probably suit our needs. The only insight that I can give is that I also see our Strikers (Havertz & Jesus) playing that role. Am I the only one? ATTACK for me is about bringing that punch. Not sure if this is the window for a star (if it is, some players should leave. Maybe Trossard, GJ...), but a #9 is needed. Sesko and Zirkzee are two that are pretty much a win for Arsenal in the market. Different game styles, but both pretty good with what they bring to the table. Tsygankov from Girona is a player that I had the oportunity to watch, and he HAS that kind of punch, intention, hardworking dinamic that we some times miss. Maybe a "Trossard effect" in the left side of the field? Saka is one of the best of his postion, but I also think that he can be as good in any role. There ISN'T any other RW in Arsenal close to his level, but by bringing in another left footed player, that opens a new possibility of a new angle between Saka and Ø (Left#8 and Right#8 ?????).

Given that we have around £220m, I’m hoping for Sesko Leao Guimares or Fofana Hatto And diomonde. Feel like those transfers are realistic, and within budget.

I would keep Ramsdale and play him more. I think Raya could play the majority of PL games but Rambo can deputise if Raya is unavailable. I'd then play Ramsdale in any and every domestic cup games. I'd also play him in any dead rubber CL games. This should mean he is playing roughly 10-15 games if we progress in domestic competitions and seal qualification for latter stages of CL. Onto signings...... I think Alphonso Davies is the dream signing for most but, I personally think there is an argument for Theo Hernandez and even Antonee Robinson. We'd need a CB and I'd look to Diomande or Hato if the price was right, if not, I'd be comfortable using Tomi as cover. In midfield, I'm torn between more bite versus more guile. I would say Guimaraes for bite and De Jong for guile as Musiala is a no-go! Finally, up top...... I am happy with Havertz as the starter with Sesko as the deputy, although if we were to have a record-breaking blockbuster summer, Isak or Gyokeres are top of the profiles we need as a striker. Exciting times ahead, let's see how we go. COYG

Great video! I pretty much agree with everything. Sesko and Leao or Rashford would be great up front. I really believe Rashford could be great for us. While I agree that Hato is not ready, I really like him and I think he will be excellent for the future so I would swap him for Diomande, but he is aslo a good pick.

I sincerely believe it might be Sesko, which then allows us to strengthen our midfield. Partey, Elneny leaving with ESR a possibility too makes it important and imperative we have options. De Jong is such a good shout, especially when he can be slotted at either the left 8 or as the central mid.

I know most people are already thinking about new signing but I really hope especially with the Euros we look at and at least give some of the youth and loan players a chance. KT might not fit in what Teta is doing rn but as a different option I think it’s at least worth exploring as is giving Biereth a look.

Rashford and Leao both clearly have very high ceilings but they also look disinterested about 75/80% of the time. If there's one thing this current Arsenal squad doesn't need, it's an overpaid "superstar" with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Since Arteta took control, his single biggest contribution to the club has been the change in culture and the attitudes of the people and players invested in the club's success. Bringing in expensive players who may or may not be up to it is the first step towards the same hole they just got out of.

De Jong will give us five-star build up, long ball outlets to Osimhen and Martinelli on the break, line breaking passes, he can also help us rest Odegaard, it would be 😘👌. Onana would cover Rice as a ball recovering 6 if he were to get injured, because if Partey goes, we absolutely cannot rely on Jorginho to cover for him, He would also help us close out games and maybe even be CB cover as well. Hopefully we can keep Smith-Rowe and Nwaneri steps up. Loan Viera and Ramsdale. Viera needs lots of playing time that i don't think he's gonna get with us and Ramsdale will be much better off getting regular football and increasing his sale value for the next summer window. If we have the opportunity to sell Zinchenko, we should absolutely take it, because I'm sure his value will only decrease, it's a shame we outgrew him so quickly. Jesus should stay one more year as the Saka rotation, he's also lightning in a bottle for the champions league and still has more to give to this team, although he may not be happy about his role. We should look to move him on next summer, when it will also, finally be time to add the superstar LW: LEAO. AND THEN!! CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 🏆!!! We will be there!

Ask the manager what he needs to improve on to be back in the convo of starting and work on it in pre-season which he will likely start in. Maybe he can win his place back

What do you think about Myles at LB potentially in the future, I still prefer him in midfield. There was reports of him last season being prepared potentially for that LB role.

Sesko, Leao would be unreal, but I doubt it. Looks like the bulk of the money right now will be spent in midfield. Can't see us bringing in a Tier 1 and a Tier 2 forward this window

Curious if you think kimmich could provide cover at right back and play in the 6? I also understand fans want to see another exciting defensive prospect (diamonde, hato) and obviously it’s a good idea but I struggle to see young players wanting to be Gabriel and salibas backs ups. But if diamonde can fill in for Saliba and gabriel and would come to Arsenal you have to sign him in my opinion.
