Great video! I assume the soft gloss gel would be good to seal an art journal cover?

Question...I'm a Adult Colorist and recently I saw a pic that a lady hand colored but it had a super shiny/glossy look over the entire pic. She said she used a gel medium over it. Is this what she would have used? It was very pretty.
