God, how this would make a PERFECT "comeback" single. I find it very, "Irish Blood, English Heart." I can only pray that it's not compromised in the studio... sorta like, "The World Is Full of Crashing Bores" (a shame the live 2000 - 01 original is no where to be found here).
This was a fantastic performance, loving the song, wish he wouldn't be so self depreciating when he's in a room packed full of people who love him and have paid to see him though!
He changed part of the lyrics. In this version he sings "when you cannot stand the real world... Take my hand". In the album it's "if you cannot stand this fake world...". Am I right?
Art-hounds very funny, very witty, but very loney.... when you can not stand the real world, when you can not stand the real world take my hand... I take 15 pills to send me to sleep and 15 pills to take me away. What does it mean? What does it mean? What does it mean?
