That's a brilliant talk, very informative. "cross-pollinate", I like that. With the writing experience that you mentioned, have you ever thought about writing a guild to leadership in games studios? I feel 22min was quite short for such an amount of info and it would be really interesting to hear some of the stories behind the experience.

This is actually really interesting info, I have been working for 5 years in the AAA game industry and had the opportunity to lead a small team of Environment Artists on one of the projects I worked on. I really enjoyed that experience and now I’m moving my career more on to the leadership area with a final objective to be some type of creative director in the future, so its really cool to hear from other devs sharing their experiences on leadership, very useful info. As Kevin says: leadership is a skill on its own and not everybody is up for it, I know lots of Lead and Senior artist that don’t want to be in that position for the simple fact that with more leadership and managerial responsibilities you kinda stop doing much art at all. Anyways, cool stuff guys! its nice sharing internal knowledge and experience, not a lot of devs are willing to do it and it gives a nice insight behind the scenes of the industry.
