I remember this game being in my new york hostel in 2003 and I was making pretty good progress. Two young french guys were watching and I said "did you want to play?" and they said "no we just want to watch you." I always thought that was a nice compliment. :)
@@richardmontesdeoca7691 yes! Another memorable game was in Disneyworld, a teenager kept versing me on Tekken Tag, losing, and wanting to shake my hand as a sign of being a gentlemen after each game. He would then walk away, turn back and say “one more go.”
I remember I’ve always wanted a Neo Geo home console. My moms wasn’t paying no $700 for a game. Ain’t that crazy how much that shit cost back then in the mid 90s. That’s higher than the systems of today. And today’s graphics are more realistic.
The dialogues are not the same. The ones in English were made to be comical, and I thought they were ridiculous. Like the one at the end of the game, where Geese is in his plane with his servant. The English dialogue makes the servant sound like an idiot. Servant: Mr. Geese, we'll be entering Japanese airspace soon. Geese: Got it. How's pour South Town project going? Servant: Everything looks like it going to plan. But ... Geese: But what? Tell me! Servant: That guy Jeff Bogard has been sniffing around. What plans should we take about this? Geese: I don't think I need any. Take care of him yourself. Servant: OK. Geese: (I'm not fluent in Spanish, so i don't know what he said here.). But in Japan, there'll be no one to fear.
I played a lot this game. When you win all the fights with perfect, instead the final boss you get Akuma (the first Akuma I saw), but that boss ia so hard that I could never beat him.
With fighters history, is Probably the worst beat'm up of ever ... ridicolous controls, bad gameplay, high difficult, it's just an eat-your-coin game... and is there someone that had lost is time trying to finish this crap...? :/ bah...
Sorry, but I don't even think to dedicate this game. It's just a waste of time... there are much more better and well balanced beat'm up that give satisfaction in take pratice, but AOF2 gives just frustration... one of the worst balanced fighting game of ever... the proof are in the Supermoves... why you can't start with it and the CPU can...? Maybe just to eat your coin... :/
