Wow, I could watch him create with paint all day! Thanks for the interview. As for websites, I've noticed that not everyone from a few years back still have a website. Maintaining a social media presence can become quite a burden on a creative type, adding pressure to the not-so-fun business side of marketing their work. Quite a few artists forget to ask for outside assistance early in their career and can hit burn-out. Hopefully they are still creating. Russell is really wonderful.
I'm very inspired by Russel. I love color and as a right brained person very attracted by pattern. I call it repetition with variation. I haven't painted in years and want to start again, yes I'm inspired ! 🤗🎨
I'm not into abstract BUT what a great show l have watched and enjoyed many ciyl shows but Russel made me smile seemed so happy and enthusiastic. Great to see. Thanks for RU-vid your shows available in pommy land!
+Graeme Stevenson (Colour in Your Life) that's OK you have lots on have you ever thought of a series in the UK. The BBC raised the profile of art with a 6part show, painting challenge, it's a long haul but we could do with you. Lot of great chefs do with food but not art. +Big C If I had some folks on that end organizing the Artists it would all be possible. I just walked in the door last night after getting back from the states after filming U.S Artists. The Artists do pay to be on the show, but if there were enough people interested we could make a start and it would catch on pretty quickly as it is doing across the rest of the world, Graeme

I went to Russell's website and could only see a slide show of some of his work. There were normal options, but none would work, bummer! The slide show was stunning, I would have like more... 🙁🙁
I'm sorry for the expectation that you have en encyclopaedic knowledge of all previous artists (!) but I am looking for another artist you featured around two years ago who also painted with his hands. He talked about it from a context of martial arts or at least an eastern tradition because he used both hands but I cannot find it! I am writing a bio about my work that was first inspired by him and I would love to be able to name him. Thanks in anticipation :)
This exposure will really put Russell on the art map. Unfortunately he could use some help on his web site... A DIY site is just not going to do it for him. I would gladly build and host an interactive website for him that he could keep up to date himself in trade for his a piece of his artwork. Please pass the offer on to him for me.
