You might be wondering “Danny, what do you mean? How can that be if my Dr is telling me I have _____” 🤔
And in fact, this is EXACTLY what my patients ask me when they come in with these “issues” and it turns out, they’re completely irrelevant.

Arthritis is normal.
Labrum tears are normal.
These are all things that can be present and NOT require surgery ❤️

Now of course, sometimes they do require surgery. Every situation is different. But I can’t tell you how many surgeries we have prevented (a 💩 ton!!!!) by securing the joint/area and utilizing the muscles around the damage strategically to completely offset the pain and return NORMAL function 😍
