Arthritis Shoulder Pain Relief: Pre-Surgery Exercises for Improved Mobility

Are you diagnosed with arthritis on the shoulder? Do you have shoulder pain due to frozen shoulder? And are you contemplating or scheduled to have shoulder surgery? If so then you need to watch the video.
Your shoulders are very important joints of your body. When you have limited movement on your shoulders, it is difficult to reach up. That means you don’t need that was difficult for you to wash or brush your hair, get dressed forward to get things around your house.
But don’t you worry, there are exercises I can do can do to improve shoulder shoulder mobility. Before we start with the exercises, let’s see how far you can reach up. Remember how far you can reach because we are going to see if this exercises is helping you.
First exercise is side to side leaning. Just relax your arms to your sides and lean side to side.
Second exercise is reaching Down. Just relax your arms to the front of your thighs then lean forward. Just keep your arms relaxed until you reach the down.
Third exercise is shoulder shrugs. Just bring your shoulders up towards your ears. Do this 10 times.
Fourth exercises shoulder circles. Rotate your shoulders forward 10 times and then rotate them backwards 10 times.
Fifth exercise is rowing. Just pretend that you are rowing so reach all the way forward as far as you can go and then pull back as far as she can go. Do this 10 times.
Sixth exercise is Codman exercises.
If you already have good standing balance, stand up for this exercise. Been slightly forward then relax your arms and swing them back-and-forth, side to side and in circles 10 times each.
Last exercises is back hand sliding. What does exercise you want to touch the back of your hand at your buttocks or if you don’t have a good mobility it just to the Backside of your thigh. Alternately bring your hand up and down as far as you can reach.
So that is it. Try to reach up as far as you can. Is there less pain and tightness? If so, try doing this exercises daily.
