Thank you for doing these amazing videos. Usually when I talk to a GP (UK) they only say you need to loose weight but they never tell you how to do it or what could hinder you from loosing it. I'm pre diabetic and the GP just said you need to burn more than you take in, I tried to say I'm in an bad circle because I have painful knees and can't do moderate exercise. So I was so frustrated with no support or knowledge of how Insulin resistance work until I've started watching your videos. I'm so relieved and grateful that I found you ♥

Everything Dr Nolte says in this video is absolutely true! I’m an RN by profession, but haven’t worked in 19 years(raised my children). I’m currently a 61 yr old F. At age 45, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, then rheumatoid arthritis(negative serum) at 50. My rheumatologist was surprised by the RA diagnosis. He prescribed prednisone and methotrexate. February 2022, I was sick with cvid again, and almost fainted at home. The PA was surprised that I had never had my A1c checked. She checked it and it was pre-diabetic (6.1). I had tried to eat healthy and exercise prior to that, but decided to take matters into my own hands, and started listening to this podcast, along with Dr. Mark Hyman, and Just Ingredients. All three of these podcasts gave me the tools I needed to reduce my A1c to 5.1 after nine months. My daughter’s Endocrinologist couldn’t believe it and asked what I did. I told her about everything Dr Nolte has said in this video. Three years ago, my inflammation marker was 15, and in 1/2023 I had brought it down to 1 :) I have currently lost 54 lbs since 2/2022 & I have more energy! The only exercise I’ve done is ride my bike for 20-30 mins 3-4 days/week & strength training 4-5 days/week. I had taken Prednisone for 10 years and stopped taking it August 2022. I cut my BP med in half 1/2023 & will probably end that very soon! I started taking turmeric 1500 mg & fish oil daily last year. I’m so thankful for these podcasts!

Please please reply my question. My friend had bypass surgery few years back. Now he does 10km bricks walk daily with good diet control but his tryglaceide is about 350 for many years. Please reply despite doing all this his tryglaceide is not normalizing?
