This is my FAVORITE Christmas movie ever, I’m so excited to see reactions to it finally cropping up after all this time! PS: Born and raised in Idaho over here and I can tell you that they pretty much summed up our state perfectly in that one short scene.

It was actually made by Aardman studios and Sony. In fact, the bit where they were laying down the obviously wrapped train tracks ahead of the train in the beginning was a reference to a scene from one of Aardman's previous works, The wrong Trousers from the Wallace and Gromit franchise. The original scene was done entirely in stop motion with plasticine figurines and is one of Aardman's most iconic scenes.

Actually, Despicable Me was from Illumination. This was Sony Pictures and Columbia Pictures.

@@ShyheimCinema tbh, the only good thing about Peter was that he was voiced by Marc Wootton who was in Nativity! as Mr. Poppy. Give it a watch for Christmas it’s hilarious.
