When I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in late 2017 I remember leaving my oncologist's office, feeling destroyed, dismayed, and not knowing how much longer I had in this world. As I left his office I was caught in a rain shower while the sun was shining through the sky as bright as it would be on a hot summer day. I got in my car and paused for a few minutes while I watched the sun, clouds, and this marvelous rain shower all mixing in the sky above. I always remember that day and it reminds me what a gift it is to see God's hand at work in this world. I started the car and a moment later CCR's "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" started playing on my playlist just as the rain tapered off. Dibesh (Arthur), thank you for your gift of music. In the words of Bob Marley, "One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain." Thank you again for sharing your talent with us.

my mum passed away and this will be played in honour of her, she enjoyed this song very much and it brought a smile on her face and mine. The beauty of her was unreal and i want to see her again but i know she is in heaven due to dream visitation, may she rest in peace 1977-2020 she will be proud of me, her 13 year old son.

arthur... i'm a kansas native my whole life. had idol on while working around the house. as your audition began i could hear the heart and humility in your voice and stopped to watch. wow... brought me to tears... good tears. putting ourselves 'out there' and on display can be tough. and then to also open ourselves up to critique/criticism (especially being vulnerable with the passion of our hearts) can be overwhelming and paralyzing. it prevents most from ever fully pursuing the true passion in their heart. kudos to your man... for taking that risk... for taking that chance... and for sharing your gift. you are truly blessed with so much talent and ability. your musical gifting is 'pretty good' and will no doubt serve you well. but arthur your gifting, strength, and quiet courage to chase after and purse the passion in your heart... well those areas of gifting/blessing in your life are inspiring and encouraging. i believe there were people watching that night who needed to see you and hear you sharing your journey thus far. in an america that can seem so segmented by opposing views and opinions hearing you describe your path to 'winding up in wichita ks'... wow! your america is the one i'm proud to be a part of. i'm just a kansas kid... and watching you step from a backyard stage in wichita to a big stage in front of the world was inspiring! Gonna get personal here, but this is a song that played at both my grandpa and my dad’s funerals, a year apart from each other. They both absolutely loved CCR, and they’re why I still listen to CCR today. I hold this song extremely close to my heart, because of the meaning it has to me and my family as a whole. This is, next to the original obviously, the best version I’ve ever heard. Just wow, I’m absolutely amazed by your voice.

I've watched many of your videos and I am a fan. There is an unpolished earthiness to you, not just your voice. It's smoky, gritty, pained and weathered and wise beyond your years. Like you have struggled and survived and earned the growl and wail in your voice.
