Watched this video while eating artichoke with a friend. We wanted to know more about artichokes. Thank you. very educating. One question we had is why would you prefer cultivating the artichokes as annual crops rather than perennials? Seems less environmentally friendly as well as not economic.
Very interesting. 3:32 The Best Part was when he's showing the plants in full size and is trying to show the stalks, the leaves were in the way and he mashed them down 😂 hahaha Donald Trump... I know where all your migrants are headed! 😳😅
Wow, had no idea there were soo many different types of artichokes... one of favorite vegetables. Very interesting & informative video. Makes me want to go to the market right now and buy a bunch of yummy artichokes!!
The soil looks lifeless. If you need tractors to aerate the soil then the infrastructure is wrong and it is not a farm, it's a business. So sad that here in Europe things are going the same way. #desertification.
Good info, as is typical of UCANR videos, sadly, also typical of UCANR videos, the radio microphone audio is horrible - noisy, clipped, single channel - poorly recorded and similarly neglected in the edit suite where it could have been sweetened to reduce the negative impact of the raw original.
