Artie's constant "ehehhyehhhhyyy" and stammering and stuttering is because everything he says is a lie or some kind of embellishment. I've never heard a guy that talks on the radio for a living that's so bad at talking. "AH AH AYAHA EAAAEEEEOIUUUU AEAAYYAA!"
I noticed Artie lied or exaggerated in Crash and Burn. Like when he describes Mitch Hedberg’s appearance on Stern before he died. Says Mitch had black teeth. I watched and not even close. Why would he lie about something like that?
Listening to them lie about OCD is ridiculous. Already is clearly making up stories just to give himself some sort of out for his drug addiction. And Howard just doesn't know anything. He never had OCD. He's just a weirdo
