9:42 why does it cost so much to build the same house in NYC as Florida? Bc the laborers live in NY and need a higher pay… In Florida? It’s all guys from Mexico working hard for a full day all summer, then return for the winter
@@sim1manson1 exactly. The mindset here in the Midwest is this, explained by one laborer, _I don’t care what I have to do, but I need to take home $X amount of money. If it’s 40 or 80 hours it’s okay, but I need $5k a month of work._ I obviously am over simplifying an anecdote but the owner of the company just said he has to provide enough hours to his workers or else they’ll bounce, when usually loyal to the same employer for ease
always. notice she rarely speaks during interviews the last few years. i think she was told not to talk during the celeb interviews because of how bad she always interrupted. howard read on air years ago emails from viewers saying how bad she interrupted during interviews so i think they finally did something about it because she was ruining them.
They have always acted like the New England area has a moral superiority as far as people go! I’ve been up there … no way on this planet or any other that I would ever move to Pennsylvania or New York that is the armpit of America. I’m sure they are nice like they are down here in the south in Florida, but I could do without the chicks that sound like the bunker and the dudes that sound like Andrew Dice Clay I just can’t take it.
Here’s another thing I’ve noticed about the New England area and especially the Howard Stern show always talks about psychiatrist and their analyst and they’re eating disorder. Therapist and a therapist for this and another psychiatrist for that Being from the south of never known another person ever in my entire life that did that sort of thing where you had to pay someone to tell you how to live to that a lot. I’m sure they have excuses, but I don’t believe a single one of them. … maybe you should just man up
