I subscribed You two are entertaining. Also I wouldnt fight the "best themed" comment for F.j...they hold T.M ride throughs with the lights on..F.j is the best of them all on set work. (little secret...the old dementors are still hanging there just not turned on... they hang on the back walls they look like giant marionettes now)

I might have to try having AI plan my day sometime, though if it tells me to go anywhere but Velocicoaster during EPA, I'm throwing the plans out the window and freestyling my day 🎢 On a side note, that Mythos foods looks amazing; hopefully, they have the bread pudding the next time I go❤😊

Great video. Letting AI plan your vacation is interesting and shows some of the strengths and weaknesses of the technology when it is trying to navigate human behavior. My family and I are going June 9-13 and hopefully it won't be so terribly busy (and hot) then.

@@fudge_factor Yes, always excited to go to the parks with the family! It will be a whirlwind tour for us as my daughter plays travel softball and we will be coming in from a four day tournament in Gainesville, FL with this stop at UO and then off to Virginia Beach for another big tournament the next weekend. We are going to try to just take it nice and easy and enjoy the parks between these big tournaments. We always say that but then pack in as much as possible!! Only have a short window to enjoy this time with your kids so we go get it!!

Absolutely! Gotta enjoy the time with them and make as many memories as possible when you’re that busy! Gotta hydrate when you’re there! Balancing softball tournaments and theme parks makes for a busy time! Don’t wanna be sluggish for either of tournaments or the theme parks!

@@fudge_factor For sure! I am hoping that we can get some passholder discounts come through on the premiers before we go so we can get Express passes. The premier hotels are CRAZY expensive during this time at the moment so I booked Sapphire Falls and will check back in daily to see if they decide to give some discounts. I know that is the first week that most schools are out so I am not sure if they even give discounts then. Do you have any advice for that??

If you don't mind hotel hopping that would be the piece of advice if the discounts don't get released. I know there's an Orlando Informer Meetup on the 7th & 8th so that probably isn't helping hotel prices either lol. Hotel hopping would get you two days of express with only one night at a premier. That would be an option to same some $$

AI prompts can vary dramatically based on what you ask and which system you use. 'Plan a thrilling day at Islands of Adventure" would likely yield different results than "Plan my day at Islands of Adventure". So which system did you use and what prompt did you give it? Not sure why it would pull Sinbad given that it was gone before most modern AI was programmed. That one seems odd.

We used ChatGPT. Totally agree that prompts can dramatically change your results. We asked it to be our trip planner and asked it to maximize the mount of activities and attractions done in a day. We wanted it broken down by time and including a lunch break and location

@@fudge_factor I'm a bit of a rule abuser. If I'd been asked to do that, I'd have had you on every minimum wait ride all day. Carouseussel, one fish, Kimmel, and every scheduled entertainment thing like Bourne or the Potter shows, and the dance/music stuff. I have no idea how it came up with Sinbad. That's an astoundingly out of date pull from something that should have just checked the modern universal page to guarantee accuracy. GPT4 has some limitations against people, GPT5 will dust us all.

I remember the last time I went there was an email about a discount if I came for the next OI. Do you remember when OI dates are 'likely' to happen in January/Feb 2025? Hey! This year the OI meetup was February 23-24. Last year (2023), it was in the beginning of February (opening weekend of Mardi Gras). So it might vary by a couple weeks

I know disney's individual lightning lanes get a lot of flak. But I wouldn't be opposed to universal doing the same thing for hagrid's. That way it's a separate charge with a limited amount and you can choose your time. Cuz whenever it becomes included in the express pass, it's really gonna bottleneck the lines.

I hope not! Right now, everyone is on equal footing with Hagrid’s just having a regular park ticket. The line is long, but it constantly moves. With Disney’s ILL, the stand by lines CRAWL, because they only let 1-2 stand by guests ride for every 10 LL guest.

There are outlets, but we’d recommend a power bank link a fuel rod or the like so you can charge it on the go!
