Blender inside SketchUp - I am waiting for it!

I think you just saved Sketchup single handedly. a very professional quality App (and so was Version 1).Trimble should learn from you. Think i started with Sketchup 5 and to this day there is hardly any change with their basic programme (that so desperately needs attention for the past years) other than their ridiculous pricing. Well done guys and a big thank you! Keep up the good work. That $99 is well worth it.

Incredible!! Can we get a tutorial series? TutorialsUp has good videos but the lack of narration makes it harder to learn. I would love something as detailed as that with good step by step audio. Can’t wait to buy!

I am quite sure that it will not be cheap. Honestly SketchUp should be embarrassed for not having developed the app in areas so lacking and leaving it others to do it …

my favorite tools . vertex tools, Cuiric bundle. Artisan and NOW v2. (AMAZING) and all fredos... althoguht skethcup developers arelazy and if it was for them. SU would have been dead by now. but thanks for these developers SU is upflow.. cant wait to buy it!!

I’ve gone ahead and learned blender, but this is helpful for all those frustrating sketchup moments. Looking forward to upgrade that ancient v1 license! 👍

Selecting loop would be crucial to have! (Selection mode like quadfacetools)..would be good to have a discount people who bought version 1 :p

From 40$ for permanent license you went straight up to 100$ just per year?! Seriously?! I use SketchUp occasionally to compliment my 2d work - when SketchUp went subscription only I didn't jump to that wagon - I still use 2019 version which I own! I also own artisan 1! When Adobe made switch to subscription it actually made sense because I get all the apps with one subscription! But here your want subscription just for one plugin! It is more than double price than previous version and it is subscription for just one year?! This doesn't make sense AT ALL! Sorry for this word but this is CRAZY! BIG NO🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂! Also I am unsubscribing from your newsletters! I feel insulted!

wait.. wait. wait... hoep they fix bugs and all. it has been a bit weird using their Sub-D that is why I use thom-thms sub D's tool.. this looks AMAZING.. and promising..

i bought the first version when it came out way back, and i was going to get this one but the fact you are making this plugin subscription only makes it a big no for me. Sorry. Please reconsider offering permanent licenses as well. thank you

With 100 I will go and buy me the CURIC. Plugin bundle and it's mine forever. And it does the same thing artisan do. Even better. I will use Thom Thom sub D. Because that is my forever to use. 40 for that plugin and am happy.. You just lost a buyer.. bad choice..

Why, why, you go and do a subscription... You just lost a buyer. I will not be paying for a software that when I run out of cash I will lose.. nahhh. YOU ARE GREEDY. THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO FO BUSYNESS.. I WILL NOT RENT A PLUGIN... Take your subscription away and sake it normally. 150 is you may. I would buy it. And you can do 25 for upgrades each year. But it gives us the option of upgrading or not. But we own that Plugin.. YOU SCREW THIS ONE BIG TIME... BAD IDEA .

Even on your demo it's lagging. We will never have Blender / 3ds Max performance in SketchUp. I already said goodbye to SketchUp.
