°🍝Lasagna Pasta:
-1,1/2 cups (200g) all-purpose flour
-1 egg
-2 teaspoons salt
-Water (as needed to achieve a firm consistency)
°Lasagna Filling:
-2.2 pounds (1kg) thinly sliced skirt steak
-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
-Half an onion
-Salt to taste
-3 tomatoes
-Tomato sauce
-1 cup (100g) toasted and chopped almonds
-Olives
-Mozzarella cheese
-Mushrooms
-Freshly chopped basil
°Bechamel Sauce:
-1/2 cup (90g) butter
-3 tablespoons flour
-2 cups (1/2L) milk
-Pepper
-Salt
-Nutmeg
°Walnut Cookies:
-1/2 cup (100g) butter
-3/4 cup (160g) sugar
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons baking powder
-1 1/2 cups (200g) sifted flour (add gradually)
-1 cup (100g) crushed walnuts
For the Presentation of the Cookies:
-Powdered sugar
-Decorative jar
-Jute fabric
-Decorative ribbon
