Joe Rogan is that one guy who was smart and could have went to college and made something of himself but fried his brain on weed so is in that middle zone kind of smart and stupid at the same time
Like that part in idocracy when he says he will take the Time Machine back to when they were first put to sleep and stop them from going into it, but then why is he and the prostitue still there?
@@mrmagoozle i dont have a source but.going from my stoner brain its the thought one could some how wrap metal and or somethimg around a sun ot star or what have you to harness all.its energy like how solar panel takes radtion from the sun that we see as light n turns this into.energy its.thought yoi could do this on a way bigger grander scale by inclosing the wholes star n some how using its heat and pr radtion to fuel something
The development of transistors was well documented and actually pretty competitive. It was also theorized before it was created, that’s engineering, not reverse engineering
The idea of entanglement and superposition always get my imagination going. A things perfect counterpart, light years away each making the same instantaneous movements no matter the distance. Something that defies space-time physics. It is a key to something.
Something I’ve never understood! How can we have the same stars we always have, does that mean that nothing out there has changed since we been here millions and billions of years ago? How can something give off light in the past that is no longer even a thing I’ve always struggled with that
lol how quickly Rogan went from “I think the universe IS god” to hedging his bets so he doesn’t anger the conservative part of his fanbase that like to think he’s somehow a devout Christian-republican
Nukes made our solar system into a place where alien spaceships stall and break down. Unable to take off after landing, the various pilots enter the human scene and somehow put out a distress call, and some tiny drone ships that CAN fly in the nuclear zone come looking for their friends/ crew members
This is why i loved the show Lexx so much. For a couple seasons in the show a human/insect hybrid soul possessed machinery and decided to consume all matter in the universe. The amusing twist is after it consumed all matter in the universe it turned that matter into massive spaceships. Every Ship traveled to a single point in the universe which created another Big Bang. At the same time it opened a portal into another universe that our heroes used to escape the Super structures. That show really is under estimated.
The problem with alien stuff is that people can attribute any type of technology to them to explain away things. Why can't we see them? They have stealth technology. How do the ships break physics? They have the technology. How do they cross the universe? They have warp speed and interdimensional travel technology. You can attribute anything to them like it's magic or voodoo to explain any questions, and since you can't disprove it, "anything is possible, bro!".
I used to think the same until I heard a story about a time traveller on the why files and it’s all connected to the gravitational well you’re in, such as the earth. I still don’t believe it’s possible but that theory makes sense actually.
I think it was vid titled "Backyard Time Machine: The Time Travel Mystery of Mike “Mad Man” Marcum" From "The Why Files" channel. Great channel even if you don't believe any of this kind of stuff.
Imagine living in the future, inventing something and you don’t want to bother improving it years after years. So you just jump back in time and give it/teach it to the people.
Joe, in 2018 artist Danny Ray Vasquez developed a more specific principle of gravity than modern theories. He mathematically proven that space reacts to matter as an absorbent and matter flows through time accordingly. Danny done this in his spare time when he's not working on masterpieces.
They totally butchered the conversation on the Dyson Sphere. It harnesses the energy of a star in a solar system for a civilization that lives in that solar system. This information is easily googled.
So far, what we can say with confidence is that travelling into the future is achievable, but travelling into the past is either wildly difficult or absolutely impossible.
Joe is so Smart. Which is why it hurts so much to hear him say a Dyson Sphere surrounds an entire Solar System, vs it just surrounding the Star of that solar system.
If Joe read Starmaker by Olaf Stapleton he would NEVER stop referencing it. It was written in the 1930’s and is FAR beyond the scope of sci fi written today.
Honestly you can never build a Dyson sphere unless you have an exotic method of transportation. The star of any star system takes up almost all the mass/matter of it. To build a structure right around a star would need so much material that it would be virtually impossible to do without sci fi level engineering and manufacturing. The amount of mass needed to make one would be so heavy it would literally weigh 10-20% of the star systems weight. Thats enough to probably ignite a fusion reaction. You wouldn't be able to transport it to build it and if you did, even at 10% of the speed of light, it would take thousands if not millions of years to build. You wouldn't be able to just use planets or meteors to mine stuff to make it. The materials would have to come from multiple star systems.
"They emerged when we began experimenting with nuclear technology" is a common assertion. However, the belief that they have been present for thousands of years is widespread.
Real Analysis: This course is sometimes referred to as the most difficult undergraduate math course because it delves deep into the theoretical foundations of calculus now what's next Someone is inventing the new math book
One thing many ET talks usually fail to mention when they ponder how many years ahead of humanity they are: what about how much BETTER their existing brains might be naturally? So not only (in theory) has a civilation existed technologically many years ahead of us, but what if their mental capacities and IQ's are ALSO more advanced than us? ....
The problem with building a time machine that could send physical matter back in time is we are moving through space, if you send somebody back in time they end up billions of miles away in open space where earth was located when the machine was built.
If time travel is possible, then when ever you travel in time, the time line becomes bifurcated or splits, thus creating a new one and preserving the old one
A crazy idea about time travel and monuments. What if people from the future went way back and built the pyramids, as a prank on all of humanity before them
Find God, lift weights, eat steaks, learn to negotiate, learn survival skills, read, surround yourself with critical thinkers, have children and home school
Maybe we have already used the first Time Machine. I feel like the ability to slip in and out of time is extremely difficult. It is easier to slip out than reintegrate back into an existing timeline. Once you slip out, you cannot interact, but only observe. To reintegrate, you need to exactly pinpoint your energy signature position in spacetime.
McKenna predicted something would happen in 2012 but he never said exactly what that was. He just said that was when we reached peak novelty in December of 2012. Meaning the most novel/strange/unlikely event in Earth's history would happen and it would end history as we know it. He then speculated on different things that could be, like the invention of time travel. But to give Terence some credit there was something that happened in 2012 that fits this description as "the end of history" 2012 is when the personalized algorithms was invented by Google and implemented across all social media shortly after that. I argue that this single event effectively ended history. Now no one lives in the same world anymore and it's only been 12 years. In that short time nearly everyone is trapped in their own media bubble. Every child of getting a personalized version of human history through these new mediums. Nothing like this has ever happened in human history and the longterm consequences have yet to be fully felt. The world that existed before these algorithms is gone forever. It's an odd coincidence that Terence discovered a math algorithm in the I-Ching and it actually predicted the coming of the social algorithms that revolutionized human history for ever man woman and child.
god is the cosmic body in which we all reside. the more time passes the more bobs stories gain credibility. he didnt "predict" any of these technologies. he could have came on to the scene as a prophet of technology and made a fortune and he wouldnt have been lying either! he just tried to explain what he saw. FUCKING LEGEND we could kinda grasp what bob was seeing, if only we could do the same with Enoch.
