The Social Network stars go old school at the Harvard Club to dish on their on-screen battles, working with Justin Timberlake, and what social networking means to them. Original Source: tinyurl.com/2unpu2p
I love how when I'm usually watching Andrew I think he's so adorably awkward and dorky, and then when I see him next to Jesse he's seems like the calmest, most put together guy ever in comparison, lol.
Gives algorithm in The Social Network gets screwed over. Gives algorithm in The Amazing Spider-Man creates giants lizard. Andrew don't give people your algorithms.
They come across as so much more genuine, intelligent and insightful than other actors. I think they played a key part in making The Social Network the outstanding film it is.
"We really, really hope you go see the movie we acted in..The Social Network. On October 1st. Or October 2nd. Or if that's sold out, go October 3rd." I love him.
He still bled TSN characters (Eduardo and Mark mostly) a bit back in an interview in 2017. I'm getting a feeling that this is a role that stuck with him the most. That he slips in immediately when he thinks back at those days, because he did a character bleed/blur as hell when he played Eduardo. And he did this in his head for Jesse/Mark as well (not guessing, he stated that several times). Andrew always takes his roles close when shooting and promoting, but after TSN it seems more like he's inspired by those characters (or people, since he does a lot of bios) not necessarily making them impact him the way he let Eduardo to. As a person interested in emotions and their different effects on people, I would dumped my money if I could truly get/feel what ran through his head during TSN era. Anyway... thank you for coming to my TED talk, I guess? 😅
I love that that became so close whilst shooting the movie that David Fincher tried to get them to hurl insults at each other inbetween takes to make their performance as enemies more convincing. So sweet
They are freaking hilarious!! Theyspend the whole interview basically talking about each other, and their bromance story! and Andrew looks actually hurt when Jesse talks about Justin's character! It's so endearing! The end... gah!!!
It’s like he was looking forward to Jesse’s next witticism. He knew at least 1 more had to be coming before the interview ended 😃 He was correct. Hilarious!
i don’t think there’s a better experience than watching a video where the actors of your fav movie dissect it and it’s something you’re so invested in it’s like you’re participating too
Jesse is awesome. I think he is so underrated just because he doesn't have hunky looks that Zac Efron possesses. He is so adorable, I want to date him.
I agree!! Plus, I can't see any of Zacs movies because they are so far past inappropriate!! The only one that I can remember is 17 again! And I'm even 17!
the way Andrew keeps fiddling with his thumbs, then keeps shy glancing the floor, oh dear.. he is so in love with Jesse! Jesse on the other hand is so hard trying to hide his love for Andrew! i sincerely wish these two would just let go of all inhibitions, shyness, etc you rarely do get to see this kinda perfect love that too in this day and age! lol i sound like such a grandma but can't help it. jewnicorns
"I felt that you often times were kind of like doting on me. Like you really really liked me." Bromantic much? I would not be even remotely surprised if they were dating.
Well Jesse isn't gay from what I know! He has a girlfriend! YOU know the girl in alice in wonderland and they just made a sequel?? Mia SOMETHING!! They are supposably dating! I'm not sure if him and Kristin Stewert ever were dating like when they did their movies together but they may have been for a little while!!
Jesse is always a nervous wreck in interviews, but when he's doing this kind of press with Andrew he seems so much calmer. (Also, guys, please just get married and live in a big house with a bunch of cats? You know you want tooo.. ^^)
lol!...I knew when I saw this movie there was something going on between those two!! ...they're so.in.love! *thuds* ...so mesmerized by each other :D great interview!
this is the first movie I watched before I got into BU I got really nervous so I didn't really like it, but I understand the tension and the hardship that Mark(jesse) had to endure. I personally enjoyed it, that's how I got into BU.
Ya... I really like Jesse when he's off camera. He's usually got dark hair, I like his aura and the lighting in the background more when he's resting. 😄 really enjoyed this conversation...
