Congratulations Artur 👏🏾👏🏾 I was going for Bivol and was pretty upset about the final decision, but after seeing Bivols humble reaction to his loss it inspired me to also be humble as a fan so congratulations champ. Please give Bivol a rematch to give all boxing fans a peace of mind

I have equal respect for both. I found myself pulling for Dmitry more. In my opinion the 116 112 was out of line. But I think Arthur deserved the win more than Dmitry. And if Arthur gives him a rematch my hat is off to him. But I honestly don't see the outcome changing very much. Artur pushed the action more and did more damage

Well, Bivol landed more punches but Beterbiev landed power punches more than Bivol & did the damage. Pressure was constant from Beterbiev, he was the aggressor. Both of them fought well. I didn't realise Beterbiev's power until this fight.

Bivol won round 7. Beterbiev was hitting gloves most of the time. Bivol got caught with a big punch in round 2 or 3 that was the majority of damage to his face. At the end of the fight Beterbiev himself said, “Of course it was a difficult fight.. Bivol is a skilled boxer.. even better than me.. but Allah chose me today.” This interview showed Beterbiev still attempting to believe the win for himself, you can see him trying to justify it for himself, for example by saying, “I don’t know I’m always critical of myself after fights, even when I get a knockout I’m critical of my skills.” He’s trying to believe he was the better fighter, but he doesn’t believe it. Bivol had the clean shots. They were finding clean shots from Beterbiev to put on the replays. Even the ones they thought were hits were showing misses and blocks. Bivol DID get hit.. but Bivol had more clean shots. Both to the body and head.

I know Compubox' accuracy is questionable so take this with a pinch of salt, but according to Compubox Beterbiev outlanded Bivol in 6 rounds, and they drew one round, so Beterbiev (according to Compubox) won 6 rounds to 5. Bivol is humble and great boxer but my opinion Beterbiev playing boxing skills if you watch again the fight you realize how Bivol always backing up and Beterbiev control the fights. No body win a title if your gameplay is backing up. For Beterbiev he show a real boxing skills he want a ko but it's hard to catch Bivol because he backing up. I used to box when I was in the army and came from a boxing family background entire family used to box, but you don’t have to be skilled at boxing to see a man is not putting forth effort that he’s capable of. Beterbiev (39) strategy : hit and keep pressing. Bivol (33) strategy : land the jab and run, and jab again. Bivol landed a light jab and it looked like Artur only had a small scratch on his face. However, Bivol's left eye was black and his forehead was slightly swollen. I love them, Congratulations to Arthur and hopefully there will be a rematch for Bivol.
