Beterbiev punches with brutal power with intent to hurt his opponents. Just the sound of them crunching into Saunders in this fight are sickening. Canelo will be foolish to think he has a chance against him. He would beat Canelo up and stop him for the first time.
Иногда кажется что артур немного жалеет соперников, не до конца вкладываеться... Я видел всё его бои с самого начала, я знаю как он может бить... Респект брат!!!
Short, but snappy & lethal punch, perfect defence, minimum but effective footwork, and above all admirable ring generalship, Beterbiev is one outstanding boxer produced in the ex-CIS territory (Tagestan, precisely), likely to dominate this weight class for a decade to come.
All credit to Artur for imposing his will and doing what he had to do in there. Rayco Saunders showed some incredible toughness, add to that grit in trying to land his shots as well instead of trying to find an easy way out. I felt that Sauder's corner should have stepped in and ended matters sooner based on the thudding shots he was taking and they STILL seemed to want to try to somehow "patch him together" after he all-but indicated that he had given his best at the end. Shameful cornering..
I think Barrera will give him some solid rounds.. possibly, Beterbiev's strength and power are fucking unreal, though, hard not to be a big fan of this guy
I think he'll always fight that way, his physical strength and his ridiculous power are his main strengths, but he does have some good boxing ability, has a relaxed style and can counter punch when he's not fully intent on pressuring/walking his opponents down and chopping them up. Abel would be a good trainer for him, but I don't think he'd make many adjustments to his style - why change something if it's not broken?
Mikhail Podushkin Beterbieve is a monster who has never fought passed the 6th round. I believe he can go through all 12 rounds. He needs to fight a higher quality fighter. Someone who can take tons of damage and keep going.
@@samueldavis5895 Useless metric when every ref in the world would rule Hagler being legit knocked down. They both went on to win those fights in devastating fashion, so who cares about a flash knock down anyway?
@@davesmith826 Well I mean yeah, obviously. A professional boxer should be able to beat up the average Joe, otherwise that would be embarrassing for him.
If you look closely you can see Beterbiev’s physic has changed. Here he’s ripped & extremely strong but I would say last two years you can see his muscle definition has changed as he’s nearing his 40’s. Although he’s performing at an amazing level still I have noticed a change in his physic. If I was advising Beterbiev I would say post Bivol retire.
This was a sad fight.😢😭 Giving Arthur this bout 🤕 with a guy who can barely fight was ridiculous !!! It was done so Beterbiev could start his pro career with a guaranteed win.👎👎🙄🙄 They should have given him a challenge to start. This was a sad exercise in futility for his opponent !!😣😖💥😵 It's just like a "fixed fight".!! Again, TOO SAD !!!😥😢😠😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Perfect opponent for a brand new pro to get some practice with. He had lots of experience, but wasn't very good, and thus wasn't a danger for an inexperienced Beterbiev. Journeymen like Saunders play a big role in boxing tbh.
Canelo only came up for the elderly champion, did not want Unification to stay---- definition of cherrypicking,. People called casual etc for admitting but if can come to a weight for one champion, why not unify as is meant and tradition of the sport, not come up because you see a weak link and run back down away after messing up the division you intruded in. Beterbeiv would of got that title from Kovalev... Association should FORCE him to stay
@@towmlvb3423 He got the NICKNAME "Cinnamon" for his red hair.. He is Globally known by Canelo Alvarez, just as Sweetpea, or anyone else.. If you do not like it,maybe you can call Canelo and ask him to change his official trademark that has become his OFFICIAL BRAND ..
LOL he only have 20 less professional fight but his amateur fight is more than 200. Canelo needs to beat Godocyk, Smith or Page Jr first. Maybe if he's in his 40's. 😂😂😂😂
