If you watched the little things then just the goal you would see he is a complete player and is right for the hawks. His plus minus was +27 which is unbelievable in the ncaa
And still there are hawks fans that would take Demidov. Levshunov is a very talented young player and if they develop properly. He could be a top defenseman in the future but it’s patience. Love this pick.
Idk ill have to see him play in the ahl this season before I make my decision. I wish they would've drafted Lindstrom or Demidov. Both of those guys are going to be super stars that we might not have the chance to pick again for awhile. There were a few defenseman at 18 they could've drafted and to be honest I think Parek is going to be the better NHLer. He's cale maker made over. Maybe I'm missing something with Levshunov but to me he just seems like a second pairing top 4 defenseman that'll put up 30-40 points a year which we already have with Korchinski and Vlasic. I know we needed another right hand defenseman but Rinzel is progressing really well I don't think you spend a #2 pick on a player like Levshunov. I hope I'm wrong and I hope he ends up like his player comparison: Noah Dobson
Not cooked at all. If you watched all their games many came down to 1 or 2 dumbass goals that exposed the defensive weakness. Power play off the point was non existent…and they simply couldn’t get a crisp pass to get anything going out of their own zone. This kid may change that
pinches far too often far too early, doesn't hustle back on defense when is out of position or the puck is turned over, plays too physically soft when not defending his slot, ON ICE SHOT WHAT LEVEL IS HE PLAYING AT
Go watch Demidov highlights. Nobody cares about negativity. Quit being a hypocrite. you are the most pathetic human who knows nothing about hockey knowledge. What are you his dad net picking every play he makes. Give him chance or get lost.
@@larryjohnson8168 Yeah but having two first round picks in a loaded defense draft means they should've taken a forward first and defenseman next pick as there was a bunch of good defenseman left. Ducks got Solberg at #23 which is insane.
