Greetings from Bangalore, India. Arugula is still considered exotic here. I was able to grow it for the first time and am enjoying salads with Arugula. But always have been using it raw. Thank you for showing an easy cooked side arugula dish, which brings variety to my menu. Will try this.
Arugala has my heart and my soul. Nothing in life or death comes even close. For the past 7 years, I have eaten nothing but arugala. I am snacking on some right now. I think it should be held in the same reguard as wine, in that it should have tasting tours and there should be Arugaleries that host them and arugala tasting competitions. The art of arugala making could become a well established craft with the right investments and resources. Any investors that are interested please reach out. The next agricultural and fine dining revolution, the Arugalavolution is waiting to happen. As the spanish will come to say, viva la arugalavolucion!
Probably a small loss but some argue that cooked greens are more absorbable ( vitamins and such) than raw. Just dont cook the shit out of em and you'll be AOK
