My question is...what's going through the head of the HR rep and leader that fired me? Obviously everyone is different but I'm asking generally. What happens to these employees when the employer loses a case, typically? Back to biz as usual? They cost their employer $$$$
Yep, back to biz. Even a multimillion dollar verdict is merely a dent in their profitability, which is a neverending stream year after year again and again, provided they retain control of their market share. The HR rep and "leader" who fired you will move forward without consequence, as they are "representative" of an employer who can "do no wrong" and to which are brainwashed into a state of denial with everything they do wrong. The self-preservation of their dignity remains of tantamount importance, and is most sacrosanct.
Weird ending. But interesting video. Reminds me of the wild west late 80s 90s workplace one Catalog house there were sooo many affairs etc it was what it was. Artsy people doing artsy stuff. Some relations ships made it thru.
