I keep it neatly tucked into a regular backpack all the time with my fishing gear, and can grab it anytime, put it on my back and go anywhere. I just read in another review that the rod length below the reel is adjustable as well, so I will try that too for even more portability. Probably the best setup I've ever owned. I lost the cap for the eyelets, but no big deal since I still have the black cloth sheath that came for the pole and I use that. Very portable and high quality.

1. Thing that’s very cool about the banjo minnow is that you can skip it across the water. We have a lake that has rock formations around it and during the hot summer months we use to flip the banjo under the rock formations and bass would just smoke them. It was SO fun

@14:39 this is disappointing, all these as seen on TV videos and the ONE you haven't done is my favorite, the HELICOPTER LURES !!! Every color under the sun custom ball bearing swivels and hooks. It was the best and it took up so much room in your box that it came with it's own box.

Hey norm, it would be cool to see a cheap v expensive 1v1 challenge where one person gets a cheap rod and expensive reel, and the other gets an expensive rod and a cheap reel. You could even do a 1v1v1 where the rod/reel people get a set of 3 standard baits, but the third person gets 3 expensive baits. Like top water, swim, and bottom baits for all 3 but the third person just gets better/more expensive baits. I think that would be both entertaining to watch and kind of cool as an experiment. I wonder which one makes the biggest difference. Like if you had a cheap combo at home and wanted to upgrade one or the other, is one upgrade better than the other or should you just use your money to buy better bait. Anyways, I really enjoy your content. It’s always well produced, and I appreciate your hard work. Great video, keep it up!
