@Udaya Bose - LMAO, you believe that India gave back the heights? There is a reason why China is still pissed off at Indian Armed Forces. Apart from getting pasted by your army last year, then losing troops in inclement weather, the final nail was that your armed forces took land and heights which actually belongs to China (while securing land on Indian side) in early part of this year and then have not given them back. It was the reason why China has not been able to simply go back because it would be ultimate humiliation. Read intelligence reports from international defense think tanks to get a better idea.
@@Merloc909 You are mistaken. Indian forces vacated the Kailash range heights as part of a deal with the Chinese related to a supposed withdrawal by the Chinese on the north bank of PangongSo. In actual fact, even there, India agreed not to patrol upto Finger 8 (which she used to do earlier) and that was supposed to be an achievement! India has achieved nothing. She has given away her patrolling rights (upto previous points) in Galwan, Hot Springs and north bank of Pangong So. Plus the Chinese are sitting way inside the LAC in Depsang and Demchok. You are ofcourse entitled to live in a fantasy world in which the Chinese got a pasting. Good luck to you.

Sorry, when world wide experts sum up situations in papers, they also write what was happening earlier. The top security experts in UK, Russia and think tanks with clear access to Mil Intel Directorate of Israel all have stated the problems being faced by China at the hands of the Ind Armed Forces. The Russians were the first to speak about the potential casualty list on China's part and then backed up by US and Aus specialists. So yeah, you can keep believing the world's top most intel experts are all in fantasy land

MARCOS are special forces ...they can't capture peaks or hold ground ...they carry out special raids like destruction of communication node / block road for a limited period plus the cold temperature of water makes operations almost impossible...plus there is nothing in water to destroy ...everything is on hill tops of super high altitude
