I know it’s a team effort, but your heart, lyrics and sensitivity to God has forever changed how we worship. Through you we’ve been given words to express our Love and hearts to God. Joel is a spiritual poet. You can easily identify any song he writes, because they always speak to the heart and soul.

This song allowed me to realize that I am not alone on my journey with Christ, making mistakes on my journey is normal and I’m still loved. I thought that I was the only one who had a hard time surrendering myself to Christ fully and changing my action. But still when I’m ready he is there to catch me.

Watched this earlier this morning and I was on the verge of tears. Not sad tears but thankful tears. I've been in and out of seasons of self-doubt, lack of confidence, lack of purpose and so on. Each of those seasons leading to deep depression. But I am so glad that this song was written. And I'm so glad I listened to it and knew immediately that this was my victory song because of God's never-ending, never failing love for me. It's so amazing how God's love for me was so huge that it kept me literally alive and I cannot take that for granted. Joel, Ben and Matt, thank you for coming together to write this song. The first time I heard this, the word “His grace to spare for all my mistakes...” its true it wrecked me in a way that, who am I to be loved by this God? Just tears falling man as I repeat through out the night and have my devotions and journals which amplified how He’s just madly in love with me. It wrecked me.. up till now

I listened to Hillsong UNITED when I was like 8 years old and I knew in that moment that I couldn’t stop Listening to HU and Tulele is one of the inspirations that I’ve received

I relate to second guessing ourself and our ministry after being there for so long... we wonder there's still impact to what we're doing and if there's more in us to give... Then we come to remember that it's not about what we can do, and it's never been. But whether about what God can do through us. So as long as God has a message for this generation I still wanna be the voice in the desert. Your testimony, Joel has such an impact on me because it made realise if one of the greatest worship leaders of this time felt unfit for this position, just as I do, it confirms that only God qualifies the people He wants to use to serve his glory.

I feel like me and my hubby and his brother were a part of praying Joel through. We didn't know specifically what he was going through but the Holy Spirit was really showing us specific things to pray about. Now it all makes sense. I have been so low, I've been so broken and I've been to the point where I thought I've had it all together, but God never left me, He never gave up on me, He fought for this orphan, He chased this lost sheep, He welcomed this prodigal son back into His loving arms and home with joy in His heart! I was so lost and broken, I clung to alcohol and self-harm, I lived recklessly but God loved me so much, He didn't want to leave me where I was.
