Sorry but that video is just a description of CRMs. Nothing else. And an advertisement for Asana. I've using Asana with my team for a long time and it's overcomplicated. It's a bin for to-do. After a year or two, I feel we did not use it at all with my team. Confusing. I found Monday 2 weeks ago and I already love it and mastered the easy customization process... Love it. My advice is to go with Monday and you will save a ton of time.
I am a senior graphic designer. We were using Wrike and now using Mfiles. I was asked to look for a better software. I think Asana sounds pretty good to me. Our division only 14 people. I work closely with a bunch of brand managers with packaging labels and we revise the artwork based on their comments/feedback. For the brand managers, can they just write their feedback on the Asana and do designers get notifications on the feedback? Me as a designer, do I get some email notifications that the brand managers have left feedback on the artwork?
As a solo worker I started using Asana recently, but I have given up as I cannot find a daily calendar on it, only monthly. How do people work through their day's tasks with it?

Airtable has the functionality built into automations. It does get tricky if you want to send thousands of emails, but you can send (virtually) unlimited emails to team members right out of the box.

Sometimes autosave can't reach the server and failed to save all the document which I have to recreate. The time start from -20sec. Sometimes When I click stop timer it didn't stop and keep running. I'm now using Zentao and don't want to use any other project management tool.

Wondering if anyone knows how I can have a Task Mgmt System, or kanban system, that is embedded into my website that allows for users to create a new board for new projects within my website. Anybody know of something like this? Of would I have to get a programmer to create one for me. We would mostly be using these for STEM projects which students create a project a week, so it would need to have a lot of boards throughout the year.
asana is free without doin the Gsuite thing, but I'm thinking of upgrading to premium because of the timeline feature, but it's $27/mo for 2 users. Can I have 15 users free with a non-gsuite account? Does the Gsuite account get you the premium level for free?
I belive it's a lot like grammarly, where you can use a basic version for free, or you can pay for the premium/business/enterprise version depending on what you want.

I'm currently trying Asana Premium and it doesn't allow Custom Fields on Subtasks. And their development team couldn't care less about user requests. They don't reply or give ETAs on features. Feature requests are there for years without answers.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some time a platform to manage tasks, but I always miss one setting. The estimated duration of the task. I want to generate the task and the have the system telling me when the next free time slot is, so I can comunicate when I have time for it. The normal task lists never show suck overview. Is there somethink like this?
YES! That's one of the main reasons I use Airtable. We estimate total hours and days, then have the ability to track against actual. Then I add a "health check" which compares and returns an emoji and message to save people from scrolling or doing math. Unhealthy tasks are managed in a view that only shows those tasks so PMs and responsible parties can quickly triage. Picking next time slots isn't a feature I've found value in as I use a Gantt chart view which quickly shows conflicts. Combine that with the use of estimated days\hours, status udpates and a health check and anyone in the project can spot issues before they happen.
itGenius - Google Cloud Experts yep we are in the ClickUp debate too. Is cheaper, pretty much does the same as asana, but with room for putting docs in there too and also has multiple statuses eg initiation, design, development etc. So many options though I am worried that workflow can end up too complicated. Your view would be valued, you should definitely check it out as it seems like asana with bells and whistles if you can get it setup right as very flexible. I do think the iOS app is a bit rubbish compared to asana’s, but for knowledge workers in front of a pc I think it’s a real contender
Hello, For the past two weeks I've been trying the ASANA system for my client. I recently found out that in the free version, any employee who thinks they have completed a task can mark completed and at that moment the task disappears from all screens and I as a project manager cannot see it / check / visit to comment. I also saw that once there is a management project that I do not want employees to be exposed to, I will not be able to manage it in the free version. I would love for your response. Thanks.

itGenius - Google Cloud Experts I think you should take a look at ClickUp. I know your opinion would help hugely on the debate between the two, particularly as you know asana so well whereas for us new to either of them it’s harder to judge
Have a question, can you link your todo or task with a contact so you can get a phone number, all my todo require me to call someone on that leg of the task. Example order a starter for a company, the company is in my google conatacts I do not want to keep looking it up
