This is beautiful. I hope our brothers and sisters in the Trinidad and Tobago will come Ghana and teach us some of their beautiful culture and dance. I would love to visit Trinidad and Tobago someday. Greetings to all the Caribbean nations. ONE LOVE.
@scottasiedu-fg2eo you will enjoy our country. Weather and food similar to Ghana. The music you are hearing is coming from discarded steel drums. Created by Afro Trinidadians in early 1930's in Port of Spain. The only musical instrument created in the 20th century right here in Trinidad and Tobago by the children of former slaves. We are happy to greet the Asenthene and his entourage to our country.
Thank you mr. Prime minister for inviting African royalty to Trinidad you show him a good time he enjoyed himself and the country may God bless Trinidad and Tobago and it leaders
As a child of the Trini soil, the sound of pan ignites an excitement that’s inexplainable 🤩 This is indeed a proud moment, especially using Desperado Steelband, an entity that once seen as a stench of society to be now one of notoriety 🙏🏾😇
@kwadwosarfo414 the steelpan as it is known in Trinidad & Tobago. Created from discarded oil drums by Winston "Spree" Simon in Port of Spain in the early 1930's. The only musical instrument created in the 20th century by the children of former enslaved African peoples. It belongs to Trinidad and Tobago but played all over the World. Our national instrument. Welcome to our kin from Ghana!!
This is why we were probably enslaved,we believed the earth is our home and so no matter where you are taking, you still own the earth. Talent in abundance, natural resources in abundance, power in abundance, energy in abundance without fitness 😂etc….
