I d been working out to choreography recently and in an hour I had burned 400 calories. However it was an intense dance routine. Not to mention a higher heart rate makes you burn more calories

i love that in the chorus (0:45) the choreographer brought out these aspects of the song (the hoo, hoo) that i hadn't noticed before! i think it shows that he really put some thought in the choreo and not just choreographed to the beat that is most apparent
