I really like the dogs you breed (and I've been admiring them for 20 years- we have interacted on forums back in the day), but I wonder how you feel about bull x sighthound hybrids? Especially those done in australia for boar hunting? They really seem very similar to your dogs, even though I know you aren't using sighthound. I wonder if you haven't taken the hard road to get to the same place?
That's interesting information I think. And I also ind it interesting when you give the weight of the dogs. It would probably be to much for you to even try with all of them. @@tritchie6272 I have not weighed him but he is going to be around 100# or slightly over. I honestly think too many people worry about weight. The question for me is...will the dog be more than capable of stopping a hog or man with evil intentions? To me...I don't want too small or too big. Anything in the 60-110# is very good, with the optimal IMO being around 80-90#
Bullyson was a great dog, but I haven't used it for a few reasons. I am not a huge fan of the Boudreaux line to be honest. If I say why, the Boudreaux supporters will come in hating, but I have my reasons.
I think he uses Pit Pretty heavy in his Sentinel Program. And if I heard what I think I did,I thought I heard him say something to the effect of the dog having good size for something with a Pit Bull sire. From what I've been able to see online,he has a legit serious bandog Program going. I think his Sentinels are even breeding true. From what I've seen he still has what I would think (I can't speak for Lee,and I'm not an expert) is plenty of Pitbulls on his yard. So anytime he thinks he needs a infusion of Pit blood,its available to him. And to take it even further,he breeds Pits as well so he knows what he has. At least that's my impression of things. I'm not their to know for sure. And Lee being the creator is of course free to correct any mistaken impressions or misinformation I have about his Program. I'm just another guy who enjoys his video's and hope to learn from him.
