I can relate with so many of these symptoms, especially the aches and pains in the knees and joints. My mom has been having hot flashes on a regular basis these past few years, and often seems to happen when I walk into the room, as if my energetic presence is suddenly changing her field in some way.

Thanks, Pamela. Just hearing your voice does me well. And your messages on the symptoms are spot on for me most of the time. Right now I am struggling to perform basic tasks. Activity around the third eye for many months. Does not make me wiser. Feeling more helpless everyday since 2.5 years. Emptying the ego and programmed cells of my body.
Definitely feeling the joint stuff. Having gunk come through my eyes alot lately. Unmotivated ti "do" like I use to. Currently unemployed and its super uncomfortable as a doer.
I've been overly hungry one minute then skipping meals. My weight has been fluctuating daily, gaining or losing up to 4 pounds overnight. I have been achy all up and down my back and neck to the point when I turn over in bed it's like an elderly sick person trying to turn and then the most pain during the daytime is especially bad in my heels/ankles. My digestion is very off/odd. My voice has been cracking and clearing for weeks. Wake up with mild headaches and pressure in the back of my neck. Also, nose congestion out of nowhere. Feeling light-headed at times. Tired, and unmotivated. I can lay down but hard to sleep.
love listening to your videos on you tube as they are so reassuring. With me I make out lists of what I have to do and sit down waiting for a magic fairey to come and do the chores while I chill ha ha. Doing jobs around the home feels down right awful but eventually they do get done. My get up and go seems to have gone 💚.
I'm having the same as you are with changes on the skin between the eyes over the bridge of the nose accompanied by different sensations there. This is new to me. I also have taken up the one meal later in the day habit. I so appreciate your input. ❤️🙏☺️
Thank you so much for this message, i was really begenning to wander if another heart attack was accuring, ive had all the symptoms plus some, my lower back has been hurting so bad and my knees, mild head ach, hot flashes, gums aching, wrist hurting, cant sleep, food taste yucky, bad anxiety, thought i was going off yhe deep end, i feel better now.
And eating more than usual, craving/drinking home made electrolyte drinks, chilled after lots of electrical surges. The surges cause shaking and spasms. Pain in back of head at ease of skull. Soooo fatigued.
I have had left hip pain, shoulder pain and stiffness, vertigo, ringing in the ears, I've been needing more water and more frequent bathroom trips. I was experiencing the sleep disruptions as well. Totally resonates with me. Thank you for sharing 💞🙌
I get headaches in my gums too. And I was having those weird headaches last night. Lots of old dreams/fears coming up too. Per usual, ✅✅✅😅 So grateful to you for these videos-helps me know I’m on track and I’m okay 😮💨
