I grew up in Alaska. Now living in Montana, and I cannot believe this exists only 2 hrs away. I drove through Fernie on a Calgary trip. Thought to myself, wow this town reminds me of home. Looks like some good skiing, I bet they have a resort somewhere! Two RU-vid videos later, and I’m now wondering when the next storm will hit. #ferniestoke

Well only 26 comments on this video I guess it makes sense though cuz when there's a big morning of powder to ski on there's people out for sure but it seems like there's two kinds of skiers out there there's people that like the untracked fresh and then there's the sunny skiers who wait for the sun to come out and all the groomers to get done but damn if I knew I could count on pure powder skiing for a good part of the year I would become the janitor for the whole town I mean when I went out to Aspen in 81 and discovered how good skiing can be I found myself part of the whole cycle of life and stayed for many Winters
