Applaws is good for cats but make sure they also eat dry biscuits when you give them Applaws wet food! My cat was being fussy and stopped eating dry biscuits so she only ate Applaws wet food for few weeks. Then she couldnt walk properly, she lost her balanced, she was hiding all day in pain, she stopped seeing clearly (her eyes didnt change with light)... So I took her to the clinic, she ended up in the Hospital for days because no one knew her problem and all exams were fine, so the cause of it was Applaws wet food wasn't giving her all the nutrients she needed. Applaws is good but always make sure your cats eat the dry food too!

I've been using less chemicals in my cleaning also but felt like my bath was not as clean looking as I wanted so I've started using flash bathroom once a week and it's made a massive difference. If your chest been so bad for so long that probably why your tired I have asthma so does my little girl and we've had terrible winter with bad chests and I feel like I could sleep for a week. I drink hot drinks like herbal tea and hot water with lemon nothing with milk which soothes it a bit. Great video thanks for sharing ❤️

I love that you’re trying to be more sustainably conscious! I feel exactly the same everytime I go to ASDA, they don’t seem to be catching on that people would prefer to shop without all the unnecessary plastic😂

Try have quinoa everyday if you can it has a bit of iron in it and also beans and legumes & spinach both cooked and raw. You may be low in iron coz you don’t eat red meat. I eat mostly vegetarian meals and find that helps my energy levels. Xx 💋

I have 6 cats and 2 of them have seperate dietary issues, so have separate food, the rest have gourmet gold tins, all together with the wet and dry food it costs me £150 a month just in food for my cats! So expensive

It’s quite difficult to travel during covid but I would advice you to go to doctors in other countries that’s what I do once per year I go back home (Romania) for a full health check it’s so much better and cheaper than in the uk! Due to the doctors in the uk I almost lost my life 3 times (thank the romanian doctors for saving me!!!)

Hi, try to not eat any dairy for a fortnight, reduces mucus on the chest and have lemon water first thing in the morning. I swear it works!👌🏿

Is it me or is £40 a week for one person a bit pricey

I think the cost of the non food items would have been a lot less if you'd gone for Asda's own brand items! All the cleaning items and beauty items....the Asda own branded are the same and a hell of a lot cheaper!
