Why would "literally any other" game be likely to be better when everyone keeps claiming other games are just tech demos? I get it if you're not into this type of game, but for a large number of people, getting a AAA game included for free is not a bad deal at all. You can just buy other games if you want something different since they'd be cheaper than this anyway.

I kind of bought the quest 3 on a whims notice. Didn't really pay much attention to this game, other than seeing that it was included with my purchase. Just got done playing it the first time. So blown away. The video clips, screenshots, etc. None of them do it justice. Must experience for yourself.

I was not at all hyped about this game. I try not to get hyped about VR games in general anymore and I didn't really like the original Asgard's Wrath for the Rift platform. This trailer and what early reviewers are saying definitely has me hyped now. It better not disappoint.

Never have I ever been so hyped and in awe of a VR game, I trust Matteo and other early players and it's looking to be a masterpiece and ahead of its time in the current state of the medium. Games made with passion and creativity where profits aren't controlling every aspect and devs aren't rushed have such a different feel to them. I'm hoping that this approach is rewarded. This could cause a complete 180 for a lot of the people who still think vr is a "gimmick".

In 1992, as a 13-year-old boy, I got my first PC, and that same year for Christmas, I got Ultima Underworld, which was an unforgettable experience for me. Now, as a 45-year-old dad, but still a gamer, and I've seen so much that it's rare for a game to truly blow my mind. But Asgard's Wrath 2 is a miracle, absolutely mesmerizing (plus, I got it for free with Meta 3, which I'm very thankful for). 💖 ⚔

Having owned a quest 2 and now a quest 3 I can tell even before playing this it's gonna be epic. Watching a vr trailer is nothing like playing one in headset. Your transported there and are part of the game this is where this game will exceed everyone's expectations and blow their minds we are on the brink of something special and those lucky enough to play it will not be disappointed roll on Asgard's wrath 2 🎉

Now if we can start getting multiple AAA games like this a year from other studios, VR might actually stand a chance of becoming highly successful through the years. I'm so tired of playing games that are little more than tech demos, or if they have a story/campaign, it's less than 10 hours. Great job devs for actually developing a game thats every bit a good as a AAA console/PC game!

I honestly feel bad for people who love 2000's era RPGs who don't have access to the first game or this sequel. It is such a big deal that 90% of gamers just won't play because they can't play VR. Personally I enjoyed #1 far more than HLA... so #2 has been one of my most anticipated games of 2023. Can't wait.😂

@workingclassfather1843 Agreed, if I wanted to play the Q2 version I could have saved myself a bunch if money. I bought the Q3 expecting atleast games going forward would make use of the extra power. AS2 same thing. I have about 2 weeks left in my return window so I think it's smart to refund and wait a year.

@@W-C-F-o1kget quest games optimizer, and you can enhance it yourself for 10 bucks. Must have 1000%. Even better with the actual quest enchaned games. Tweaked the settings with the enhanced breachers and compared it to my 3060s PC performance of breachers through virtual desktop. It looks and runs much much much better after using quest games optimizer on the quest 3

There is a really big overlooked flaw in handtracking: pinching moves the cursor from your target and causes you to miss. This ruins the whole experience and you guys are still doing it despite how much everyone is talking about it.

When exactly does this game launch and become playable? Because it just says 15th of December without specifying a timezone or whether the launch is simultaneous for every country. For me it's technically already the 15th (2 am), but I might have to wait until Saturday to play the game.
