So basically Ash-Infernape

I feel like we’re well past an Ash-Infernape ever happening, but I’d still love to see a battle bond Infernape in some way in the future if they decide to remake Platinum as an apology for BDSP

Yeah i think that was What they tried to show in xy. But Mega evolution and aura are heavily connected. Mega evolution depends on aura between trainer and pokemon as shown in journeys. greninja and Ash’s strong aura connection made him transform without the stones.

No i have to disagree...it's not a Mega evolution, it's fine if you think like that but i just don't see how it is a Mega evolution, it has been answered in sun/moon, it is just a unique greninja with a new, rare, ability called battle Bond, "Ash-greninja" has existed before so ash's greninja is canonically is the second "Ash-greninja" form. The anime itself explained it. Greninja can't evolve again, Mega evolution is litteraly an evolution, turning the pokemon to their "mega species".

That literally makes no sense.

That was The Animes way of giving Ash a Mega Alain says the following "It's like it's Mega Evolving but without a key stone" Although I will admit the whole "Ash Greninja" isn't very accurate as in the Anime it's stated a Greninja in the past already Achieved this form.

Ash Greninja is an amazing form and I love it so much but it's also a plot hole because it's a "Mega" of some sort according to Alain and it can't be a "Ash Greninja" because in The Anime many Years ago a "battle bond" Greninja existed

1. If you have friends on your 3ds, then in the postgame, there’s a friend safari, where you’ll have a chance that one of your friends’ safaris contains a frogadier. Other than that, though, you would need to trade for one or restart and pick Froakie (or Chespin, as after you beat the league, you will get the starter your starter beats, so in Chespin’s case, Froakie). 2. To get Escavalier you have to trade a Karrablast for a Shelmet, and the Karrablast will become the Escavalier (in your case, I’d go on the GTS on your game and look for a Karrablast and just trade your Shelmet for it). 3. I don’t think that’s unreasonable at all! You could also use social media, such as Reddit, Twitter, or in Discord servers where there’s a trade lounge (ie Serebii’s). 4. Yeahhhhh, Greninja is part Dark and Samurott is pure Water (but also part Dark if it’s a Hisuian Samurott). Samurott does learn a good bit of fighting moves tho, like Sacred Sword. Greninja, however, just gets a lot of “ninja moves” like Spikes, Double Team, Aerial Ace, Night Slash, etc.

1. Yeah, you’d probably have to find someone online. Or through the esports club previously mentioned. If you don’t want to restart, you could always use the GTS mentioned before and search for Froakie. 2. GTS should be found on the PSS screen (bottom screen). You may have to tap around to find it 3. I wouldn’t! X and Y are older games, so you may not have any luck. But I personally would not find it weird. Heck, I’d find it cool that someone is playing a game that turns 10 this year! 4. Oh gotcha! Froakie doesn’t really imo but Frogadier (the mid stage) def has some ninja stuff to it. It even poses like one. Oshawott’s whole line is very samurai like tho. They use their shells like swords
