Ash VS Hop!!!- Pokemon Journeys Rewrite

Read it exactly as is. Considering this is meant to be a more objective rewrite I tried to keep the Pokémon Ash was most likely to get.

It’s simply due to aura. The og journeys makes it super busted but doesn’t really explain it so I’m trying to rectify that by making it the center of riolu so that his progression makes more sense

Never was a fan of ash needing to catch a gen 8 starter…I personally don’t think any of them fit him tbh.

I have an honest question how come you didn’t bring back? Misty and Brock from your sun and moon rewrite even Kenan they did return but to be fair the only brought them back to promote Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee I know that we had Gary Oak and all of course in your rewrite of XY you brought back May since XY lacks continuity cause it was interesting to bring back May to promote omegar and alpha sapphire

@@Zanolith really? Journeys was all about bringing back past characters it could of been a PWC battle like Volkners return especially since Ash didn't necessarily defeat Sabrina he won her badge just by making her laugh

That’s also the arc with one of the funniest stupid ash moments with Sabrina’s dad where ash is just so incredibly stupid to a Patrick star level.

That’s kind of the point, it’s just giving you the main story points and character development but there would obviously be some filler here and there.

I don’t really know. Depends on how the series performs, where the channel is at and what’s going on in my personal life.

​@@Zanolithso I am still working on the intial question but I have another for you. It's an idea for a video. The idea was inspired by how on Netflix the special Distant Blue Sky was inculded in To Be A Pokemon Master. That and that the Pokemon Wiki said this: "In the English dub, it was retconned into the main series, becoming the 12th and final episode of Pokémon: To Be a Pokémon Master of Pokémon Journeys: The Series." So that is what caused me to think about this idea. That idea is to do a series that is like a expaneded version of the movie I Choose You with some changes of course since unlike the orignal films it's set in the main continuity. Because of this some added stuff could be incorporated like the return of the GS Ball and finally fullfilling the orignal plan for it. Also I am even thinking about the villains being villains from the Gold and Silver Manga. Masked Man, or Mask Of Ice as he is also called, and Neo-Team Rocket (I am not sure if it should be Pryce or not, but if it ends up being him, either A. He is manipulated by Giovani to do it in exchange for the power to prevent him from intially losing Piloswine and thus keeping him from becoming the cold person he was for all these years, or B. He would be under some sort of mind control device that is making think he is working for Team Rocket under his own free will for the same motive. As for Neo-Team Rocket they are presented here as a specal unit for Team Rocket called the Neo Unit, though the trio call them the Mask Brigade due to their mask theme.) Let me know what you think about this idea.

What if Gen 6 and 8 were swapped I feel the only reason Leon is the greatest trainer is because masters 8 and ash journey needed to end if Kalos was Gen 8 then Diantha or Alain would be greatest trainer what if Leon was the champion of this Galar Generation 6 game he would not be the monarch
