This is the boppiest of bops she's ever dropped and my personal fav! Wish she had done more music in this vein. The guitarist is 7 Aurelius, a long time collaborator and producer of hers during her Murder Inc. era. The guitar part is originally from this song but the sample in the intro where she's talking before the guitar drops is from a "Club Nouveau" song called "Why You Treat Me So Bad." In the scene where she is lying down, she is laying on broken glass in a dress made of glass shards.

This is my favorite Ashanti song. The guitarist is the person who produced the track 7 Aurelius. And the lighting and costumes and hair and makeup on this video are the best she has ever had. I swear on all that is holy she ate Beyonce before Beyonce became the costume goddess she is now LOL. But this video is special to Ashanti simply because it came out after crazy in Love and Beyonce was dominating the airwaves. So they put the Dead scene in and heard some short shorts to compete with crazy in Love and sure she was just as versatile

One of my favorite Ashanti music videos, the lighting, the outfits and sets are all chef’s kiss 🔥. The man playing the guitar 🎸 is Grammy winning producer Marcus Vest most known as Channel 7/7 Aurelius or simply 7 (he produced a lot of Ashanti hits).

The guitarist name is 7 Aurelius. He also produced this song and this album the song is on and her debut album. He produced a lot of Muder Inc hits as well. Tiesto and Chainsmokers got their beat from this song.
