The House of Nightforge has not been lived in since both the Kaldorei twin siblings, Saeliiras and Vaediiras Nightforge, were kids and teenagers, as the Third War started in Ashenvale after their parents died, causing the Kaldorei people as a whole to leave while the Humans and Orcs invaded, but Saeliiras dreams of a day when she and her brother can return to Ashenvale in Kalimdor, to their abandoned home of the Nightforges, assuming that it is still standing after years of fighting in the forest and the Horde's takeover of Ashenvale, whether Vaediiras is around and would join her or not.
There was a time before Saeliiras and Vaediiras left home, that they sparred as twin siblings in the House of Nightforge's front yard. They were much younger back then, with shorter ears and longer hair, and Saeliiras often told Vaediiras that they needed to be strong and combat ready in case there was ever a conflict or invasion in Ashenvale. Saeliiras remembers sparring with Vaediiras nightly, both of them swinging their daggers at eachother but neither of them falling to the ground or losing their standing.
Vaediiras was usually the more eager one to take our Saeliiras, despite that the fact that she was his twin sister, and that was when she realized he was still a criminal or a serial killer, clinging to lawbreaking whereas she was letting go of it and their past as Nightforges so that they could have a future. Their daggers collided at times, but Saeliiras eventually defeated her twin brother in sparring. Vaediiras would fall on the ground on his back, but Saeliiras would always reach a hand to help him up, feeling sorry for him. That he was this way, disordered since their parents' deaths, and that was why she took the adult position by always taking care of them. Because she knew that he would able to come back from this, or because she loved him.
Because they knew that they would be leaving and returning to the House of Nightforge.
