i first heard this in Vampire Diaries...i fell in love with it...and now i cant stop listening to and singing it..describes me sooo well

Heard it on One Tree Hill season 5 when Peyton was telling Lucas to be happy and started drawing the 3 hearts vanishing with the waves of the ocean.. Got curious and look for it on RU-vid and I honestly from that moment this song became one of my favorites. The lyrics, her voice... just love it!

I can *hear* and *feel* the emotion in this song. Makes me wanna cry each time I hear it, yet I wanna play it on repeat constantly. I LOVE her voice with it, she makes the emotion come even more to life.. You can tell it comes from her heart. I can relate to it, too. Gah omg I love her so much. This 'band' is amazing. (I put band in quotes because it's just her singing)

I heard this for the first time on the show "One Tree Hill". It is a beautiful song for a heartbreaking moment of the show. its one of my fav songs now.

Issue of intimacy - without commitment established it only leads to disaster. For love to grow there is the demand of trust and honesty; vulnerability is the ground for growth. Yesterday must be forgiven and gone too. Otherwise, our own soul will destroy what our very heart desires in the name of self. I hear the pain in her voice - so beautifully done yet so sad.

If you're wondering about why ashes and wine, its because once something becomes ashes, they can't go back. Same goes with wine. Once its fermented, there is no going back. I think its the wine part that is confusing some people. So she's saying, "is there a chance, or is there no going back?"

I heard this song on "One Tree Hill" and i went crazy over it immediately! A fine frenzy is one of the most talented bands I've ever heard of. Their songs are simply amazing, the meaning behind it. Though I'm not into romance stuff, i absolutely LOOOOVE their songs.

She has the most calming voice.. I just found her on Pandora Radio and when she started singing i just fell in love with her voice!

I've heard of this song ten years ago when I was still in college. I was hooked up with A Fine Frenzy. And now, ten years later...I'm happily married with the love of my life. But deyymmm...as I listen back to this song, it still brings me back to tears.. not because I had a bad breakup but it's just that I felt the pain in this song. It's still so effective. Weewww

This song....is just so relevant to everything going on in my life.

Does it matter how people found this song? The fact that they heard it on some television show doesn't stop it from being an incredible song. Apparently the producers of said show (or whomever handles the music) agreed with all of us listeners that this was a great song that fit what was probably a suitable moment on that TV show. Those that heard it on that TV show must've felt something from it and that's why searched it and found it. No need to be immature about who you found the song from.
