Always hype to see a show confirm its next season at the end of it current one! MF Ghost is a gift that keeps on giving for sure. I was wondering when we'd see Manifold Love or Dave Rodgers' MF Ghost, but it looks like those'll be saved for a later time... As for my thoughts on the first season, I loved the dynamic camerawork, bright and high saturation scenery and cars, and, of course, the audio balancing between engines, announcer, and eurobeat tracks. It's a phenomenal adaptation. Anyway, I'll see you all next year for season 2!
@@HKSFangirl I do agree that Dave has way better songs, but at the same time, I think it would be cool for a song that is kind of a tribute to be used. I'd prefer if they used Burning Like Fire or The Final Game (some personal favorites of mine), but I think MF Ghost would be cool as well.
I love how they basically confirmed a Season 2 before the anime even aired, since they already revealed some characters that would only appear after Round 2, such as Moroboshi Sena and Takumi's friends. This first season was an absolute banger. I'm absolutely hyped for the next ones!
@@one_step_sideways I mean, I had (actually, I'm still having) a great time with the manga. I don't find it boring like a lot of people say, and sometimes, I find it more enjoyable than Initial D (manga). Sure, the beginning is really slow, but for me, everything gets better as the story goes on: characters get more development, the races get more exciting and, overall, it's a fun read (at least for me). But I think the real problem is that people thought MF Ghost would just be Initial D 2, which is completely wrong.
they don't have to put spitfire in most important scene in MF ghost, we still accept it, yet they PUT IT ON LITERAL END OF COUR ONE i'm literally crying and jumping off my chair when i heard that, now i can't wait for second cour
I KNEW IT, I FUCKING KNEW IT!!!! THIS ANIME WAS NOT A ONE-SEASON ONLY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA This is definitely how you do a send off a first season of a triumphant anime.
@@HKSFangirlThis ☝️. She made a lot of really awesome songs. If the studio is going after songs that were featured in SEB releases, they should use her other songs: New Horizon or Call Me Through The Night. Also, it would be a shame for them to reuse songs when there are an infinite selection of underrated bangers.
I already commented before. But I forgot to add something: Thank you for putting the music as is, or with everything necessary to complete the atmosphere of the scenes. Literally everyone else was putting in the eurobeat scenes, but cutting out all the dialogue that wasn't from the pilots (like Ogata, everyone else was putting him out of the videos when he's literally Kanata's teammate even though sometimes it won't seem like it), some people even removed Tanaka's really well thought out comments about the race. That ruined it imho, but you? Not at all. (I can even almost swear that you were the only one who put the break bump on the everyone-vs-everyone scene in "Anyone, Anymore") You were the one who really understood how MF Ghost's eurobeat should be shown. This is *NO LONGER* Initial D. This is something new with a really great background. It was time to move forward. Wise Viper, really, thank you for doing this so well, and now we can't wait for season two!
Exactly this is mfg! no longer initial D!!! I've seen others complain about this series having too much focus on the other drivers and angels. I think they're going at it completely wrong, MFG is about the race and everyone involved, not only kanata
It's funny, I always associate the song with Initial D. But I just found out today it wasn't featured in the series itself, the battle stage, or any of the games.
wantching initial d and discovering a new music genre / watching mf ghost and recognising songs that were on your playlist beforehand... they both hit different, but both hit HARD... litteral CHILLS as soon as i heard spitfire's boops at the beggining
Here is a brief explanation of how simple bolt ons can make you faster in a straight line; Although peak power is likely close to stock, a good I/H/E setup will smooth out the power curve giving you access to more power at lower RPMs. On a technical course, that will make you significantly faster, particularly with a boxer engine that notoriously builds up power very quickly at the end of the rev range. In slow corners where you exit at lower revs, you have more power available than before, and you can avoid a few gearchanges as you have adequate power without them. This is combined with better aero and stability thanks to an ideal suspension setup. It'll be interesting to see how it competes on straights now. It'll still likely lag behind at any speed beyond 100-110kph, but at lower speeds it stands a much better chance than before.
I wished this was explained a little more in the show as the torque dip is a notorious problem with the zn6 but a good I/H/E setup can help mitigate that, so the benefit of better low range torque really means a lot for this specific car.
When playing Assetto, the gt86 has always felt just shy of being a true punch-above its weight sports car. With the I/H/E upgrade and improved suspension and brakes, it should be more than ideal for long technical courses. Usable power, great chassis balance, and incredible longevity for brakes and tires, should make for a great package.
oh bro, when Kanata launched from the start gate, the goosebumps I had when I knew that iconic synth-wave-like instrumental sounded familiar... "SPITFAYAAHHHHH"
That's because it has a Formula 1 background; according to the flashbacks of the first racing, which he was ausent due to hanging around with its girlfriend; and its pretty noticeable in how it keeps almost stick to the roads' laces, just like the F1 drivers when they take an tight corner, they almost stick, but, to the tracks' walls.
I really want to see what happens next. SPOILERS AHEAD FROM THE MANGA I really wanna see the 86 turbo with spoiler and active suspension from round 4 animated and eurobeat
The one thing i can't wait to see in MFG is the race katigiri againts Michael Beckenbauer and Kouki Sawatari there very good drivers and i really want to see them race
@@GoopRoppongiAgree, Alpine A110 is one of my favorite cars especially in GT7 because of its handling and power, and I’m also a big fan of the skills Sawatari has as a racer of MFG but I’m disappointed in the fact he’s a pedo.
