When I felt the incredible balance of the Dark Horse I was blown away too! Fantastic choice in my humble opinion. A very advanced serious touring bike, Indian hit a grand slam with this one!

I like that ashley rides her cruiser like a standard with the passenger pegs. Also i have no doubt the new hd touring models will be out next fall in direct competition with cheiftains so if she holds out a bit that could be a cool option. Their last chassis update was 2009 and cosmetic/features was rushmore in 2014 so its gotta be next since the m8 and all these softails came out.

Aloha Adam, have Ashley & yourself test ride a police bike (Electric Glide or Road King). There is an air-shock under the rider's seat. Talk about comfort. You can purchase a police bike, but the dealership has to "civilianize" it. I use to have a 1997 Electra Glide Police (FLHTPI). I rode it for 800 miles and it felt exhilarating. Longest I've ever ridden. Be safe. Keep your hair to the wind and your knees to the sky. Aloha.

Great to see you and Miss Ashley riding together. I going with she didn't ride because she loves you. Plus how often does she ride without you? Great road. I only rode it to and from Antlers when I was down there. That's ok next time for Bring it home 2 or whatever it's going to be called I will ride more of it. I love these vids of bikes traveling down the road....I'm a newbie to motorcycling....done some msf courses now need my m endorsement....wish weather was warmer here in northern Illinois....just keep practicing in the parking lot for now...

Hey I said before, that lower, softer, slammed ride, with a great fairing, of the Darkhorse sounds like it’s right up Ashley’s alley!! Freddie should be ready for his own upgrade, and he could take over Ashley’s Roadie, then you can keep it in the “family”!

Kind of how I felt when I test rode the new roadmaster limited. Coming off my HD Ultra it felt so light and nimble. Now just convincing the wife it's good for two up touring.( she likes the harley)

Some sweet roads in that part of Oklahoma if ya haven’t been on highway 2 through Stanley Clayton and highway 1 Talimena scenic dr go check it out. I haven’t been up there sense Adam got the campground but when the weather gets a little warmer this old mans going to head up that way. God Bless ya Brother.

Thanks for the post and gr8 advice to try different models. I've had the opportunity to ride all 3 that are in this video and all were very nice. I preferred the street glide over the chieftain, more solid bike, but that's my choice. Ride what you like and ride safe.

Gosh I have a victory Magnum 2017 red and silver he's an awesome bike I love it I just don't understand why victory diets but I'm more and more I saw this Indian Chieftain I start to feel like I want to have one no matter what, and I can see this stands of her riding that bike is a lot of much better organically speaking just look so elegant
