I'm glad you mentioned that the 2S38 wasn't on the Dev server, few other people seem to realize that. In fact it wasn't even announced until a few hours before the patch went live. Gaijin 100% knew it was a broken PoS and specifically hid it until the last minute.

@@marshghoul and the begleit didn't have a stabiliser and had a turret rotation speed slower than most ww2 tanks despite being a cold war ifv when it was lower, and the moment the stabiliser got fixed after 4 years it immediately moved up 4brs, from 8.3 to 8.7 to 9.0 to 9.3. Also it has gen 1 thermals while the 2S38 has gen2/3 thermals while also being much more faster/mobile and the 2S38 APHE has more penetration than the Begleit solid shot main shell, on top of that the 2S38 has 200mm+ APFSDS shells that can front pen and melt MBT's in weakspots and Leopard 1's from anywhere (even the APHE can melt Leopard 1A5's).
A few funni things to point out: -The Sturmtiger is (or probably already is) going down to 5.7 as per the November 2022 BR changes -The WMA301 is stupidly undertiered for what it has, in a similar light to the Rooikat 105 but with better thermals and a more versatile ammo selection -The very existence of the 2S38 alongside the adding of IRST AA tracking for a handful of IFVs completely nullifies the need to use the Yenisei or Shilka in a Russian top tier premium lineup for the sake of having an AA. Both the BMP-2M and 2S38 are basically light tanks + AAs that complement one another. If you really have the money to spend, the TURMS, 2S38, BMP-2M, and Su-25K/Su-7BMK can literally be your lineup for 9.7 Russia. If you want to tryhard even more, you buy the Ka-50. (Disclaimer: I'm not saying you should)
I have 2/3 of that premium line up already. But don't play it because I find it lackluster and unexciting personally. I prefer my Americans, French, and Italians.
Every vehicle you just listed should be 10.0 minimum. the 2S38 and the BMP-2M belong at 10.7 minimum and its hilarious when people genuinely defend where they are because they think its "fine" or it would be bad any higher. The fact that the KA-50 is not 11.0 is also a crime and is equally hilarious when people genuinely think it doesnt belong there.
@@chasenelson5586 I have the turms and literally dont use it because its so fucking un-fun to use. there is 0 challenge and the entire time it just feels like the tank is playing for you with godmode on. You literally are just as fast as everyone else but with superior armor, firepower, and optics.
Nice list Ash. I was a bit surprised that the amx 13 m24 was there and the Chi Ri. My least favs are: 10: T55 AM1 (blatantly op medium tank that's too common) 9: Tortoise (utterly crap vehicle) 8: charioteer (awful tank) 7: t72 turms (annoyingly common) 6: Puma/begliet (before they were put up to 9.3) 5: KV1 B/KV1 E (ridiculously good armor for their br) 4: PT 76 57 3: WMA 301/PTL0 (unfairly good for their br. There's a rooikat at the same br with nowhere near the advantages) 2: BMP 2M 1: 2S38 (This thing has nearly every feature in the game and url doesn't have any legit ammo choices you see in game. Couple that with the fact that it often survives shots directly through the crew due to a fuel tank glitch it is so unfun to play against.)

The Zrinyi was the 1st tankers reward for the Operation SUMMER event that featured the 2AV, F4D, and Haruna. The battle pass hungarian vehicles were the Toldi and the Turan.

Currently at the moment I hate the Leo2 PnzBtl123. Its not at all bad tank, in fact Im loving the hell out of it in my lineup right now. Its that my team is 50%-70% low level one-and-done Leo2s from the current sale, so Im getting constant 5-minute game losses.
Sadly that's just not only Leo2. It's all top tier premium/squadron tanks. You find more 100lvl people in low tiers then top tier. It's really sad and nice another examples of gaijin Money hungry thinking ruining the game. Ps: I don't like those prem Leo2. I just laugh at them because you paid 60$ for a camo net. @@Kminek246 As a lvl 100 that plays low tier despite having top tier in 5 countries, i very much dislike top tier due to point and click (fun for a bit), repair costs (not as bad as mid tier but its still quite bad) and CAS nuking you from 3 miles out with a agm. Russian bias is a thing and as someone who grinded to the t90 and got a 10.7 lineup, i can say that i do significantly better with russian tanks than us or geman top tier tanks. Not only do russian tanks have better lineups, lower repair costs, ERA, amazingly op ifvs/light tanks (2s38 go brrr) and more effective turret armor than the m1a2SEP(which doesnt have its depleted uranium plate), they also have almost all of their top tier at 10.7 unlike most other nations.

As of now the Swedish T-80U is literally identical to the Russian variant but missing the top tier sabot. It’s nerfed for no reason and gaijin will still use it as an excuse to not give Sweden any other squadron vehicle.
My friend and I especially hate the WMA because its also supposed to be worse than the PTL since its the EXPORT version of the PTL. Its just better to sell it to the idiots who buy into the OP china lineup for that br.
the fact that the 2s38 is 9.7 when overall is better than the hstvl at 10.7 is just mind boggling to me how gaijin gave it such a low br and haven't moved it up yet just like the a5
@@siko9799 I would rather take out the 2S38, the HSTVL APFSDS's post pen is a bloody joke, at least with the 2S38 you have a quick fire rate to make up for it, in the time it takes to reload 1 round for the HSTVL the 2S38 can shoot 3 times.

The others made a good point too, the hstvl has such a hard time killing one tank from the side its not very fun or useful to play.

@@aflyingcowboy31 the mobility of the hstv-l is one of its biggest strengths. if you don’t have armor, you need speed. the 2s38 is slower than most mbts, while the hstv-l outpaces them by quite a bit. positioning is key for light tanks, so having the mobility to get there without being shot is very important.

M247... I often want to rip finger nails in this painful game but this things stock grind made me want to take up land mine clearing. Despite dedicating over 35 matches with premium active I still didn't unlock the proximity rounds...
After Gayjew in some recent updates removed proper AP shells for it and replaced with SAPHE, this thing got severely damadeg in terms of performance, rendered outright useless fighting tanks. It's still somewhat useful against light vehicles but it's just inadequate. Though, as SPAA this thing is still brilliant.
The WMA301 (along with the rest of the Chinese tree past 8.0) is easily my most hated vehicle (and tree) in the game. Long range on maps like fire arc or when this thing gets properly positioned it is untouchable bar by planes. Utter bullshit vehicle, I’d rather have the R3 back at 3.0 than this exist
Gaijin logic should give Sweden Leo 1s, Shermans, Abrams, Challengers, and more if every one off tested vehicle is being counted. Hell, every nation would get every tank essentially.
7:25 Why not shoot the ammo after the gunner/barrel/breech is disabled? If I can line up a shot, getting the ammo is a great way to kill a Flak Bus if you don’t have chemical rounds or an autocannon. Unlike the ammo of most tanks, this is one of the easiest to remember and hit, it’s the box in the back.
The PLT02, WMA301, TAM 2's, Begleiltpanzer are only consistent frustrations that i get when i play. The rest are match to match because i blame cheeky spots and map design that are ultimately abused by us players.
9:44 This is why you don't fire MGs at someone after you miss and aren't sure if they see you or not. You won't do anything to them but you will give your exact position away.

That Swedish T-80 also completely ruins Sim battles… There’s absolutely no way of identifying it other than the tiny little easily hidden roundels on the side. I’ve been killed them it more than anything else playing my Russian vehicles all because everyone just assumes it’s friendly, and the only way to figure it out is to specifically watch it “team killing.”
7.3 is a nightmare trying to play large maps with the WMA301 with it's fully stabilised, APFSDS firing laser ranginfinding gun with thermals sniping you from across the map
As someone who regularly plays as and against the WMA, I'd call it the 8.3 version of the object 120. Both also have remarkably similar gameplay style as long range snipers, though the WMAs offroad performance just makes me want to throw up tbh. also farming WMAs with a M163 or 40mm Bofors is hilarious fun

I feel like I’m the only one that hates the DF 105 with a burning passion. It’s a machine gun that shoots HE nuke rounds and heat and is also really annoying to kill. It’s got trolly armor and it’s engine likes to eat shells. One shotting them is really hard to do and they will one shot you every single time

Since I took a break for quite some time and don't know when exactly the damn thing was introduced: the Ju 288 C. For its complete and utter demolition of the MM for german Air RB. The plane itself, not really anything against it, but the people who fly it, god, a committee of recently lobotomized goldfish would be preferable.

They did it bc all the rewards they see are from people rocketing airfields... if they just used some common sense and made airfields undamagable, they could go back to the old rewards. But 45k rp for 9 tons of bombing 3 ai planes 2 ai tanks and 5 a2a kills and 2 hours of my life gone isn't enough. I mostly play jets though so I don't have to constantly fight prop torque and rotation. Mig21 f13 is really fun.
Sweden actually tested T-80's with the intention of using them. At the time, Sweden had half-century old centurions and deeply flawed S-tanks and the Russians were selling T-80's cheap as chips. The idea was to buy russian tanks as a stop-gap solution until strv 2000 would be available in numbers. Alas, the Russian tanks turned out to not be as massive of an upgrade over current tanks as initially believed. Sweden NEVER intended to buy or build Tigers. They got one to further their understanding of modern tanks.

I love the heavy tanks as much as I hate playing them. You are slow because you have heavy armor. But you either get uptiered and face guns that can obliterated your "heavy armor" like paper or you get downtiered, nobody supports you and by the time you get at a point the entire team is destroyed, you're alone and basically F-ed. I'm not saying heavy tanks should be or feel invincible. But to give a perfect example, the B1 was one of the most frustrating tank to play.
I don't have a top 10 but my most hated for air would be the Me-163 at 8.0-9.3 BR, which is just absolutely ridiculous for what it is- wow lemme get in this death trap rocket ball with 120 rounds and 5 mins of fuel vs fucking all aspect missile equipped supersonic aircraft that can outperform me in every category except sheer acceleration & turning. Very cool. For Ground? SturmTiger, holy shit could gaijin go about implementing this thing worse? From MG's causing instant-death/gun breech breakage, and also being able to delete your shell out of the air like it doesn't exist, to the shell having 150KG's of explosives in a 380mm shell, performing about the same as a 155mm shell, what's not to hate about this thing? How about because of its absolutely abysmal performance in just a couple weeks of being out, they dropped it to 5.7, where it'll perform exactly the same, hell, you could probably put it at 11.0 and it'd still perform identically to how it does now, gaijin has some serious mental deviancies when it comes to balancing, because it seems they have no F***ing clue how to whatsoever.

Completely disagree with putting the Swedish T-80 on here because of “laziness”. We’re starting to reach a point where there aren’t nearly as many ground vehicles that were made that aren’t already in the game. Without using test vehicles and other ones that never entered service, Gaijin will simply run out of vehicles to add soon. Get used to it, it’s the future of the game.
Yeah the Swedish T 80 U was just lazy, Its not like Sweden has any lack of vehicles that could be a squad vehicle. Personally i would've made the Pvrbbv 452 the squad vehicle instead.
Sweden brought a KT back to life and able to move on its own, eventually brought it on a trailer to the end of a shooting range and let it drive to its final resting place. Taking the lack of a heavy tank in mind also (Finnish stuff maybe?) it would make far more sense added than Mi28A, T-80 U (with a BR 9.3 shell for a best shell), and then adding Abrams (M1A2?), Leclerc and whatever else they had over for a quick test that was decided to not be purchased. (Apache = fair and reasonable, was to be purchased until budget cuts, BR not fair considering all the Vikhr havers)
the WMA301 is my most hated vehicle, I would rather fight a 2S38 or PT-76-57 then that Premium as it completely breaks the entirety of 8.3. I think the WMA301 belongs at 9.3 as the firepower of that 105 APFSDS is pretty strong, on par with the XM-1 WMA301 - Type 93 (337mm of pen) 1455 m/s - 8.7 RLD (I don't have it so I cant figure out the top reload) XM-1 - M735 (353mm of pen) 1501 m/s - 7.7 RLD / 6.7 TOP RLD Not to mention the WMA301 has GEN 2 thermals, so why is it at 8.3??????????? WMA301 - 6X -> 11X / FOV 12 -7 XM-1 - 4X - 12X / FOV 19 - 6 and as well all know "No armor is best armor" so the WMA301 shrugs off pretty much any shell fired at it less its a ATGM or HE The WMA301 is pretty much pay to win as in my experience any Chinese team at 8.3 is just SWARMING with these, same with the 2S38 from Russia but you get the point. they are broken at their BR and most people will just say "Skill issue" but in reality its just gaijin putting them that low so people buy them up and make them tons of money before they nerf it.
Ok the chi ri is a good tank if you stay behind bigger tanks and when you find yourself in a pickle and need an enemy to show itself you can fire the 37 and a inexperienced player or any player that never looked at the chi ri will peek giving you an opportunity to kill it with the 75
I know this video was about ground, bit the SU-25K is just unbearable in ground rb. You get two or three of those guys in the sky and they will happiely bomb the ever living **** out of your team. And shooting them down is extremly frustrating due to countermeasures and the survivability of the darn things. Top 10 hated vehicles for me (both tanks and aircraft) 10. A-10. It ruined 9.7 and it continues to do so at 10.0 9. Ka-50. Not much explanation needed. 8. A-5C. It’s just cancerous to fly and fight against. Especially in an aircraft with no countermeasures against it 7. BMP-2M. It’s incredibly op even with the recent upbr with the apfsds. 6. PT-76-57. You can’t do much against it 5. Puma (IFV) it was just too broke and you can’t kill it 4. F-4C. It was a pain in the ass to fly because it gets a lacklustre radar plus no countermeasures at 10.0. 3. As much as it pains me to say this. The Jaguar GR.1. It was a pain to get spaded and now gaijin added EFS to it I just gave up on it. 2. Lightning. Even at 9.3 it gets bullied by everyone and everything. The premium one isn’t much better. 1. Any low br tank at top tier (or near) It’s just annoying when you’re in your lightly armoured leopard a1a1 L44 or whatever and a BT7 thinks he’s the goat because he killed you. He’s not the goat. PT-76-57 is 8.0 dont have apfsds and thermal 3 crew on the front and near each other WMA and PTL are 8.3 with apfsds thermal turret on the back, 5 crews ( 3 on the back 2 on the front ) WTH gaijin?
I really like the 2s38, but i have never used anything so fragile. The gun and its handling is disgusting, but it has no survivability, and badically average mobility for top tier. A nerf is needed don't get me wrong but it isn't really something thats CBTing top tier

Agree with most here, but one kinda stuck out to me. Im confused how the honestly terrible chassis of the WMA301 (and PTL02 for that matter) are OP, but the Rooikat 105, Centauros, Type 16 (P) don’t make the list? Its a terrible vehicle with a good gun, but its at 8.3 because it absolutely doesn’t stack up to any other wheeled TD all too well. At 8.7 most of its competitors have either good survivability, a better gun, better gun handling, and even better tech like the LWS and most have a combination of these. I get that they shouldn’t be fighting 7.3s, but Bradleys and Warriors shouldn’t be either and i never hear anyone complain about literally any other vehicle ive mentioned (except maybe Rooikat 105). The WMA301 gets more discourse around it because its part of the fantastic 8.3 premium lineup and its one of only 3 premium wheeled TDs and its the one with the most accessible lineup for anyone who is looking to play it. My experience is not from fighting them as often, but playing them (i like my light vehicles) and honestly i think people blow this one out of proportion because you tend not to fight Centauros, Rooikats, or Type 16s as often. But thats just my 2 cents, not an attack or anything like that. Edit: I think its just a symptom of the 8.0-9.0 bracket being a mess in general where you either have everything fighting those with nothing, or you have nothing fighting those with everything

I hate the L-62 ANTII or whatever just because it ruins so many low tier games with sweaty players grinding BP and events in their Rank III "anti air" and I also hate that new Proto Panther just because I think it is stupid we got that but lost out on stuff like the Maus and that armored AA Germany had. One vehicle is deemed to be fictitious but another is deemed real enough despite just serving as filler for the tech tree and trying to give german players a 5.0 Panther
Can I just add something to the AMX-13-M24? That thing is 3.7. The M24 is 3.7. The AMX-13 is 4.0. The AMX-13 has the same hull (obviously) and same gun, but is unstabilized. Therefore, Gaijin thinks that the armor on that turret alone is worthy of 4.0. I struggle to understand why the fuck they bother.
FUCKING THANK YOU. WMA 301 IS MY MOST HATED VEHICLE. I pre ordered the Turm 3 because something told me it was going to be fun, great, and I could grind Germany, which is exactly what it was. Of all things in the game that ruin my time in my most enjoyed tank in the game, its the WMA. I can put multiple rounds through it, a 30 mil, anything, damn thing wont die and then one taps me.
I hate those dam pt76s but my most hated personally is kv 1s just any kv 1 so many times I’ve been up teired in a Matilder or a valantine or some other British 2.7 vehicle to end up facing a kv and I don’t think theirs anywhere on the kv the 2 pndr can pen And then British reverce speeds so thear is nothing one can do except take one last sip of sea before you die sorry are knocked out
I think most uptiers are stupid, I was trying to play some 1.7 Italy and kept getting uptiered to 2.7 where I was useless. Same thing happens when my 4.3 Russian Lineup gets uptiered to 5.3 and I only have an Asu 57 and a Big gun TD to fight Panthers and Tigers

T 80 U for Sweden as a squadron tank was not a good idea. Even though I got Sweden top tier and im reasrching it now doesn't change that. I'm sure there would be much better vehicles that Gaijin could make squadron. Yes it is copy and paste.....well almost. It is missing it's top shell like the Russian have. What I 100% agree on is the 2S38. That shit shouldn't be in game especially when you consoder that I just finish it's trials few months ago. There is no way there can be enough public information. Save I thing is about German PUMA. I think that thing finish trials like 1 or 2 years ago. But hey it's a Russia vehicle so all they need is a wiki article that says that it can do all sort of thing, making those thing over-prefor. Then there are other vehicles like Ariets and Lecrercs where armore is nerfed to the ground. I little bit understand with Ariets because documents are classified but how many Russian tanks has still classified papers on armored. More sad it is for Lecrecs because the numbers for armore are public but gaijin just reduce it to nothing.
