Florence + the Machine is an English band and get most of their fame from within the UK. ( We kind of have our own celebrities that are really big for us but not in the US I've noticed. ) Florence and Adele actually used to perform in the same clubs before their major rise to fame, Adele is also a big Florence fan. Florence mostly gets her play in the US from her hit " Dog Days Are Over " from 2010 and Calvin Harris " Sweet Nothing " though you might hear another 2 or 3 songs on rare occasion. Their music gets used a lot in television ( or did. For example Gossip Girl used it a ton, she even made an appearance. ) She also did music for a few movies, Snow White & The Huntsman - Miss Peregrine's House and of course The Great Gatsby.

My future song requests playlist for Ashtyn and Jon is so full up that I can't fit more of her songs right now in mine so it's good others are also stepping in and having them react to more of her songs/performances in the meantime. It's a powerful performance to be sure, but I feel the impact is greater if you've heard the "original" aka album version first. Otherwise I feel it loses at lot of it's emotion.
