The Rhythm pattern that Vidushiji has employed in the Bandish is an interesting nine and a half beats (2-3-2-2.5). Rarely heard. Adds a magical, mystical element to the rendition.

Relevant even today essence; why do you stop me O dark coloured (shyaam)/Lord krishna All your playmates (gwaal baal)are out playing. everyday you tease and play mischief by trying to knock off my 'gagariya'( container of water)

अश्विनी-ताईंचं सादरीकरण खूप आवडलं. पहिली रचना ही चैतन्य कुंटे यांनी कंपोज केलेली साडे-नऊ मात्रांच्या तालातील अतिशय कठीण पण सुंदर अशी रचना आहे. म्हणून अश्विनी-ताईंच्या बरोबरच चैतन्य कुंटे यांनाही मनःपूर्वक सलाम व दाद.
नो सर... देवाने दिलेलं ताला-सुराचं थोडंफार ज्ञान आहे. त्याच्या जीवावर घरच्या घरी स्वान्त-सुखाय संगीताशी थोडीफार झटापट करतो. बाकी मी कोणाकडे शिकलोही नाही व अर्थात शिकवतही नाही, फक्त संगीताचा भरपूर आस्वाद घेतो.

Am spellbound mam! Simply loved it. I never get tired of listening it time and again, it calms my mind always. I feel like Radha is in front of me asking Krishna " Kahe rokat shyaam... ", you make the incident vivid and live by singing it so melodiously

Every artiste has their dissenters. We have no way of knowing if these seven people disliked her performance or simply the video itself. We'd like to assume the latter. These were early days for us and we too were not exactly happy with the audio quality. There was a technical hitch in this case. As for Ashwinitai's performance we loved it.
ya in some videos ( not uploaded by you ) audio quality is poor. its difficult to catch the words. Hey I wanna ask, Taai's unedited video available in youtube- Guru bin kaun batave baat...?? its there in one video but with interview!
