Great video and installs. I just wanted to you let you guys know i purchased the hyperpack bundle for my 16 cbr rr and it was sucha great install procedure. Everything fit perfectly and with your templates and install videos it makes everything easier then guessing and using other companies. You guys are truly doing something smart n helpful. Keep up the great work. My next purchase will be the womet-tech cut frame sliders.
TSTindustries I have black smoke coming out of my two brothers exhaust on my cbr 600, is this normal? The smell and smoke usually goes away after the bike is warm
I really like the 13- styling at the front and larger side piece fairings, less so the wider tail sections than the 09-12 tail section. The mirrors would be another part to change as they have not changed style for years on these bikes and the bulbous shape doesn't match the rest of the bike. I changed to more angular mirrors with LED signals on mine and they really suit the styling of the bike, but the signal indicators are not that bright in daylight. It would be great to see you develop a mirror with an OE-spec brightness LED turn signal incorporated. The bolt pattern fits other bikes too, so for after market mirrors they can be offered to other bike brands rather than being cbr600rr specific.
Why not. They are good bikes. Not very popular in racing since they haven't done much to update the bike since 2009 but still very capable and good looking machines.

Great video and info! Possible you can make a video that no other company has & maybe make a product of your own for it? Im talking about lowering a bike. Not by much, just 1.5". I heard it's a good idea to also lower the front by 50% of the back so if 1.5" back then 0.75" at the front. Would love to hear about this from professionals like you. Thanks.
We do not produce a non-integrated tail light for this bike. You can use it in non-integrated mode by not plugging in the signal leads and keeping external signals.

I don't have any specific company in mind but I can recommend this: Make sure you deal with a US based company that actually stocks these parts in a US location. There are many companies that will take your money and then submit your order to a Chinese company that will then drop ship to you. There is no need for a middleman then and you are giving your money away to a slick salesman. All those fairings come from China and there is no way to steer around that. What you get when dealing with a US based company/warehouse is their accountability, quick delivery, and the price you pay is free of any surprise charges (like customs duties). And of course, then you are supporting your local economy and being a good citizen.

The owner of the bike who provided the machine for us to do a video on got all the parts at cost with no labor charge. There are a number of ways to purchase all these parts on our website. If you stick to the parts packages that mix some often bought together parts then you can save yourself a good amount of money. If you purchase everything separately it will be about 2000 buck.
I ordered from tst and one of the tips had a ding from being dropped multiple times. Their response, they QC everything when it leaves the facility and pack it to where if one tip gets damaged both would, not just one. Seems to me their implying I dropped it. So if you buy from tst make sure your box has no damage/marks on the box. Or you'll run into a huge issue like i did.
Now I have to wait on a response to see if I have to send the exhaust to get repaired even though I bought "new". And had nothing to do with the damage. So, like I said if there's any marks on the tst box don't accept the box!
Adrian Hamilton make sure if you have to sign for your box . If there's any marks or damage to the box do not accept the box. Mine had minimum damage to the box but when I opened it had damage to one of the tips. Now I'm shit out of luck. Bought a new 600$ exhaust I would expect it to be new not repaired!

This look is achievable with either HID's or LED's. We don't carry these particular products but there are many different places you can go to pick them up.

Dropped mine.300£ for a new fairing.Guess what imma be doing to it now?Thats right.Gonna cut two holes in each lower fairing either side of the bike .Installing those bobbins!!!
Upgrade? More like downgrade to me....... jeezus. It's like people either don't have taste or just want to change things in the name of changing it due to boredom or wanting something else. You can tell someone have no taste when they start mixing and matching red and blue accents together, and OMG.... drilling holes through fenders and cutting a piece off of the fairing over the engine cover. Nuts, man. NUTS. I don't know, to each their own I suppose. BTW, anyone notice how he put on clear front turn signal lenses..... and then further on into the project it turned to smoke lenses? Just 2 Fast 2 Delirious! Gnome-sayin'?
