Do you reheat your chicken in the microwave? I'm curious because every time I reheat chicken in the microwave it always has a weird, chewy texture.

Yes I do! I don’t experience too much of a difference in the texture. I only reheat it for 1 1/2 minutes depending on the microwave of course. It helps when it’s got more sauce to prevent it from drying out
