@@wc.j3911 I honestly don’t think he understands all the jokes . When they did the joke about the cleaners names , he didnt understand how Asian businesses usually have some pretty funny ass names that probably don’t translate well into English . I’ve seen Amazon products with phrases like “superior greatness” . Even seen a restaurant called “prince beef”
Sure, but it's not really about rights, being fair, or such. People just have different mentalities and personalities, more or less likeable. Largely genetic, unfortunately.
@@starlight_maven Yes, it's usually a combination. But genetics *can* be very dominant, and that fact has been downplayed for the last half a century. For political reasons, and actually to the degree that it looks very much like propaganda. Hence my remark.
Good try on the Washee Washee accent, just need tight "aww" pronunciations in there. Greatest part, "You all look alike", Peter transforms into Gene Shalit.
this is even funnier the 100th time when watching with you! I'm Italian and nobody rips the Italians more than Family Guy! Always hilarious! My wife is Polish and she thinks Italian stereotypes are hilarious
@6:33 Kelvin would be great at Cinema Sins Only cinema sins fans will get that, lol Cinema Sins is a RU-vid channel for those who are unaware. A channel that literally picks movies apart, and critiques the movie. Finding literally everything that could be wrong with it, and pointing it out. In a funny way that is.
Dmn.... I want that sweater now. I feel like it was a clever advertisement for someone like Peter.... 🤔....... 😳 I'm like Peter! We are all the same! 🤯
It's great that you just let Asian jokes roll of your back. I'm of German descent and that is what my parents told me about when people are derogatory about Germans. There was a guy of Japanese descent driving around Culver City, California and he saw a license plate out of Kansas where the letter combination was the first three letters of Japanese, just popped up at random. He was so offended that he wrote several letters to Kansas DMV demanding that they re-program the computers to not allow that letter combination. For my part, people can call Germans krauts all the time and it doesn't bother me nor do the jokes about German perfectionism, lack of humor, etc. It really is possible to be too sensitive about things.
What I like best about the Mr. Washee-Washee episode is that it's simultaneously making fun of both Chinese and American people, through the perspective of each one's negative stereotypes about the other. Peter imitating a Cantonese accent, Washee-Washee saying Americans all look the same, and so on.
You did pretty good "Mister Washee-Washee" I also like the one when the Chinese resteraunt guy got pressured into making a "Great Wall" because "The Huns"were coming. Thanks for sharing. Laughter shared is just a bit better."
Just imagine how racist this channel would be if that was not his real accent. If he had like an American or British accent in real life and was just faking it.
Life imitated art for me a while back at the dry cleaners, a guy was yelling at the asian owner that "HE HAS HIS SHIRT" and the ASIAN owner kept yelling "GET OUT DON'T COME BACK" "I WILL CALL POLICE"
As an asian this was funny as hell. My white friends and I would joke. But we were all really close and we were all bullied together, we were nerds. So we would make racist jokes back it was brother love man. My group had every race coz we were all losers in the school and we had something in common, it was no one wanted us LOL. So we were all saying racist words but we were brothers from another mother. Your asian boy here even got the n word pass but we traded accordingly, he got to call us everything racist in the book. It was really a good time. When we saw this episode we all laughed so hard at school. Middle school days in the early 2000s was the best LOL. I see racism these days. Imo most of is are just by misunderstood people. A lot of them aren't truly evil and can be saved, some are bad though. If someone said racist jokes to me offensively, I would be upset and it really hurts. But when my friends and I did it, idk just was a good time, but we all got at each other so maybe that's why it was okay, we all all were brotherly nerds of different skin colors tryna get by.
As an American, I'm glad you have a good sense of humor with the Asian stereotype and don't take it personally. The Simpsons and Family Guy are both great shows that make fun of ALL people wherever they come from. They are both wonderful and funny shows! In every joke, there is truth. Thank you again for understanding! Cheers! :)
Hahahahah you are hilarious I love all of your reactions bit I love how you can poke fun at all situations. The world desperately needs more people like you. I'm a fan for life
The fact that you noticed that he only wears white shirts means you're not disguised as an Asian trying to make money from RU-vid. You're a real Asian trying to make money from RU-vid🤣🤣🤣
I do the same thing, I probably have 15 black shirts. Also your impression sounded like an American doing a Vietnamese accent, pretty funny and interesting.
I like someone who can laugh at jokes about his own people. I'm Scottish...I like the Simpson making fun of grounds keeper Willie. I don't take offence. There is far too much over sensitivity these days
