Hello Friends! This is intended to be a cold summer salad with crunchy fresh vegetables. Just want to mention that there are NO String/Green Beans in this recipe. I have used SNAP PEAS. Both broccoli and snap peas can be eaten raw in a salad, BUT if your stomach does not agree with it, then you could blanch them - by adding them to the boiling spaghetti water in the last 30 seconds. Then drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, so that it still has a bite to it and also to retain it’s bright green colour. Good job! Personally, I would steam the broccoli, carrots and string beans first before putting it all together, but then, to each their own--and to all, a good night!
This is actually intended to be a cold salad with crunchy fresh vegetables. But the dressing is very flexible and can be used on warm salad/stir fry. Also, there are no string beans in this recipe :)
More nutrients in natural uncooked vegetables. I would discipline for healthier benefit. Giving body more energy. Better than sugary foods consumed to boost energy.

I came across your channel very recently and am so glad l did. One small issue that comes to mind regarding olive oil...is it safe to heat olive oli? I've heard it has a very low heating point and therefore can get dissociated easily and the resulting compunds may be harmful. Therefore, Olive oil is more suited for sauteing and low heat cooking...? If the creator of these useful videos or anyone can please advise me on this matter, it's deeply appreciated. Thank you.
You could use cucumber(seeds removed), red cabbage( thinly shredded) or a combination or any salad vegetables you fancy. Would love to hear how it goes :)
